Alles Top! Schöner Balkon, Bad und Schlafzimmer zwar klein, aber das sieht man auch auf den Bildern. Gebogene Parkplätze vor Ort, Pool auch schön! Zum Strand zu Fuß ist kein Problem! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel auch in der Nähe.

Great Stay in one of the most beautiful Coasts of France
Had a great stay at Moliets-et-Maa, especially the kind attention of Nathalie, the administrator was very good. It was a pity that the wifi didn't work, but she really cared to make it working. Great stay!

Séjour calme et agréable
L'appartement se situe dans une résidence calme, agréable, et bien entretenue. Piscine trés proche. la résidence est idéalement située près du centre de Moliets. L'appartement est propre et spacieux avec une terrasse agréable mais la vue sur le golf n'existe plus car la végétation a poussée. Point négatif : équipement électroménager relativement bas de gamme. La télé est un mini format avec un son de très mauvaise qualité. Le mélangeur de la baignoire est à changer.

Superbe résodence au calme et dans la verdure
Appartement agréable et calme avec une belle terrasse donnant sur le golf dans une jolie résidence (avec piscine) située à 800 mètres de la plage et l'on trouve de nombreux commerces. On peut se déplacer à pied ou en vélo, que l'on peut louer juste à côté de la résidence. Très bon séjour, propriétaire accueillante et répond rapidement aux mails. Il y a un parking réservé aux occupants de la résidence et des parkings pour vélos. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et la région est agréable.

Séjour très plaisant
L’appartement est bien équipé, ombragé au milieu des pins et des chênes avec vue sur le golf. Piscine pour adultes et bassin pour enfants à 2’ à pieds, mer et divers commerces à 15’ à pieds. Je recommande cette location.
