Hotel was clean and neat. Bed was pretty comfortable. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was awful. Pre-made lukewarm sandwiches. The sausage biscuit so dry I couldnt eat it. The lady serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

A fabtastic base when visiting family. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, the perfect place to rest your head after a busy day, our family room was a fantastic size and the addition of microwave and fridge was a welcome bonus. We will definitely return here when visiting from London UK again.

The gentleman at the front desk was lovely, and when I asked for recommendations on dining locally, he gave me quite the laugh. I went with his number one, and was NOT disappointed!!!

The room had a comfortable bed and we had a good night's rest. We slept late so we didn't have breakfast in the hotel. Our room had a smoke detector that was disconnected, which I did not like.

The place was clean as any I’ve stayed in. What I didn’t care for was its two story and has no elevator; my 90 yr old mother had to climb two flights of stairs and I saw other elderly people doing the same. The outside area reaked of pot and when we went to get into our room it was already occupied by another couple. Staff did get us another room and was very apologetic.

We had a wonderful stay at the Moncks Corner Inn and look forward to returning. The room was spacious and clean, as was the rest of the Inn. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Great value for your money
I was only here for one night so can't speak to room service, etc. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The towels were not the most plush, but got the job done. Breakfast was adequate, the staff was very helpful. Overall a good value for the money. I would stay again.

The hotel is very clean & quiet and the staff is extremely helpful & friendly. The fresh hot breakfast included in the price of the room is a plus for sure, although a bit more variety would help improve the experience there. Overall we have been very satisfied with our stay here on both occasions.

The staff was friendly and halpful. Breakfast had very little to eat no toast, bagels, only one kind of muffin and biskit and gravy and cold cereal. Plugs in room not good had to plug in phone charger on other side of room.

It did the job for 1 night. There was blood on the curtains I couldn’t fix my own breakfast and they tried charging me $50 because they mixed my room up with someone else who happened to smoke in there room and they had to pay the clean fee. They employees where incredible but for a king even just standard I expected a bed what wasn’t so squeaky and loud

I have no idea why Monks Corner Inn is listed as a 2 star hotel. It should be at least a 3 if not pushing a 4 star. The lobby and breakfast areas are beautifully decorated & furnished. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean & well furnished. Hot breakfast was served, not buffet. Staff was helpful & friendly. This is a GREAT place.

This is a small two building, two story inn. Rooms are very spacious. The staff is friendly, personable and professional. Michael was so helpful prior to and during our stay. Breakfast has options and there is coffee 24/7. They have a very large comfortable lobby where you can eat and relax. Buildings and grounds need some maintenance, some doors in kitchen need repair, bathroom is tired, cobwebs in corners need cleaning but room overall was clean. Overall a nice place and location with great staff. I would recommend and would stay again.

The heat was not working in my room. I did not report it to the front desk. I didn't feel like moving to another room. I just bundled up and went to sleep. I reported it while checking out and was told that they would definitely check it that day. Room was very clean.
