Fine hotelPosted Jun 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room wasn't spacious, other than that overall above the average hotel. Staffs were nice, too.

Modern insidePosted Apr 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Outside looked worrying but inside was very modern, clean and confortable. Convenient location tucked away behind shopping centre and place de comedie.

Nice HotelPosted Mar 31, 2014
Cons: The rooms need updating. For example there isn't any sockets on the large desk !
Well situated hotel in this wonderful City of Nottingham. It's quiet and very close to everything.

Great location, nice staffPosted Mar 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
Staff was very professional during 7 day stay. Always accommodating. Breakfast was amazing buffet with french pastry, fresh bread, eggs, bacon, sausage, freshly squeezed juices, french cheeses, fruit salad, cereals. I had asked for a top floor quiet room and that's what I got. Overall very happy. Location is right next to a mall and within minutes of the "place de la comedie" with restaurants, opera and theater. There is a light rail right there allowing you to go anywhere without ever needing a car. For outside city traveling I got a car and was pleasantly surprised to see that hotel has its own gated section in underground parking. Noone can walk or drive in the parking as it's fully closed.

City Centered MercurePosted Dec 14, 2013
The hotel was in a great location, you literally had the city behind the hotel, yet it was quiet in the area.. The hotel looked like it had purchased an old building then just put the Mercure name on it.. a renovation should b done soon.. staff was great, very helpful.. the room seemed old (like I said about the renovation) I would only recommend this hotel because of it's location..

Address on hotels.com is not address of entrance to hotel. Entrance to parking under hotel is an adventure. Check hotel for directions not gps

Disappointed and not 4*Posted Oct 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel very tired, difficult to find by car and although very close to indoor shopping centre and centre of town, the immediate vicinity was not great.

Very helpfulPosted Oct 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Hotel was in a very good location right on the edge of the main square. The Reception was very welcoming on our arrival, there were 29 of us booked in and the kindly took care of the room allocations for me. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Nice hotelPosted Oct 3, 2013
Pros: Central location
Cons: Air conditioning
Location: Centre location. Close to the old town and shopping centre
We stayed at the hotel while attending the Mylene Farmer concert. The hotel is centrally located however the link between the hotel and the main square is unfortunately somewhat derelict. Our room was on the 5th floor and was very clean, we were disappointed though that there was no wifi connection in the room when this had been advertised. The air conditioning is in need of upgrading and the room was therefore a bit warm however, when extra pillows were requested the staff were very prompt in bringing these. We would recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfectPosted Oct 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were pleased with the location, which was a 5 minute walk to the very center of town. The hotel was very clean and well decorated, with signed and numbered prints on the bedroom walls. The hotel is incredibly quiet and better suited to adults without small children. It is an ideal choice for enjoying Montpellier.
