Older but well kept property. Reasonable rates for our dog. Liked the landscaping also picnic tabels in back and grille area. Sometimes pet rooms feel ditier than regular rooms and this was not the case. The young lady who checked us in was real nice as well as the one this morning. Would stay again

We experienced a very traumatic experience. I would like a full refund. My husband left the room to get breakfast. I was still in bed. A strange man entered my room WITH A KEY. He was as shocked as I was. He had gone to the office because his shower wasn't working. The office gave him a key to OUR room. When we went to the front desk, the attendant said, "Oh, my bad.". I am contacted the hotel today as we just arrived home. This happened on April 16, 2024. Needless to say we will never stay at this hotel again, nor will we recommend it to anyone. This was careless and should NEVER happen. I understand that accidents do happen but their response to the situation was unbelieveable.

We had a great stay! We were always provided fresh towels and toiletries, and the area had great options for food that weren’t too far of a drive. Some staff members wouldn’t always greet you, but other than that our stay was pleasant.

They use throw pillows instead of real ones which are half the size , so bring your own pillow or stay somewhere else.

Property is older but comfy. Pet area had zero grass, lots of gravel. Made it really hard for my older dogs to walk on. Breakfast was good. Would stay again if I ever travel to that area again

There was a very strong odor in the room - pretty overwhelming. It smelled like some sort of cleaning supplies. The hotel is very worn and could use a remodel.

Stay was fine. Hotel didn’t offer any snacks or drinks for purchase. Upon arriving the only thing we wanted after a long day was a hot shower and there was NO hot water. Room was super small. Sort of hard to walk around. Mattresses were a bit stained yellow. But it was a room and a bed! So I guess it did its job.

The room was tidy, and the Bed was very comfortable. My only ding on the property is that it needs a few updates - The bathroom tub has a strange faucet that makes it hard to control the temp, and the walls need either touchups to the paint, or, better yet, repainted.

Comfortable motel
Comfortable motel for an overnight stop. Upstairs room with trees outside was pleasant and private. On busy six lane highway but traffic noise OK.

Beds were comfortable. Pillows were a little small. Air conditioning worked well. Carpet was stained and could use some cleaning/replacing. There is not an elevator so luggage must be carried upstairs. Receptionist did offer to help. Good location to visit Black Canyon.

The floor was so slanted in our room we had to turn the beading around on our beds and sleep the opposite way. Would never stay at a super 8 again.
