Pros: Clean...newly decorated with recent stlylish ammenities....The hotel obviously had put some thought into the decorating and comfort of its guests
Location: Easy access...visible from the freeway and Hwy-271... good location for our needs...pool looked clean and open...families were enjoying the ammenities
Great experience...only 2 recommendations I have for the hotel:.1-make sure you advise the type of accommodations to your guests when checking in...I thought I had 2 beds, but my room only had one king. I should have changed, as there were 2 of us, but did not feel like going back down stairs...my sister made her bed on the sofa so we could both be comfortable...I should have gone back downstairs to change it, but after a very long trip, did not want to make the effort to make the changes...just wanted to get to sleep....Note to staff...Please advise type of room while checking in...rate was the same for both. 2- Parking---2 pickup trucks were parked across multiple slots in the front of the hotel and the back had a pickup truck with a boat parked across 4 slots closest to the back door..... very disappointing. There were no other open slots for parking in the front as a result and the back pickup with the boat covered all the slots nearest to the back door. More control on this abuse would be appreciated.

Nonstop barking

This is a great hotel with great service - but there's one problem. People who bring their dogs on trips and leaving them in the room by themselves for hours. There were 2 dogs in 2 separate rooms near me that barked nonstop for several hours into the night. I notified the front desk and, either they couldn't locate the owners or the owners didn't care enough to come back and quiet their animals. I had an early wake up for a long road trip the next morning and was not able to go to sleep until well past midnight due to the barking. Pet owners need to be more considerate of other guests if they must travel with their pets. I'm a dog lover so I understand wanting to travel with your furry family member. But then don't leave them in the room alone if you aren't going to be there.

Cons: The breakfast food wasn't great
Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is pet friendly and there was plenty of room on the hotel property to give our dog a walk.

Great hotel and a welcome reprieve on our 1800 mile journey. Friendly staff and a very tidy place. Walking distance to Two Senoritas for some cocktails.

Hotel was great. Staff were great. Only things I noticed was the elevator made a lot of noise (like it needed repairs). Also, breakfast was only out until 9.

The staff was amazing! We had tornado warnings (and one that touched down only 10miles west of us) and the staff was professional and in control. We highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean & fresh. Beds were very comfortable. The pool was immaculate…with perfect "warm" temperature. The hot tub was clean and perfect "hot" but not burning! Wish all hotels were like this one! Breakfast is similar to all other "free hot breakfast" hotels. Coffee and juices available 24/7. Fresh yummy cookies awaited for us at the welcome desk. Go for it…you will not be disappointed.

Our room wasn't ready so instead of making us wait they upgrade us to a suite for free. It was beautiful. staff was great cant wait to go back
