Lousy breakfast made of white toasts, cheap coffee and watermelon.....Cheap cheap.. The word Palace in the name is a joke. The pool is surrounded by dilapidated chairs, in full sun without umbrellas or anything else. Very very unmaintained property.

Along with Mukdahan Grand Hotel the best in town. However, older, and typical Isaan hotel. Would stay again if/when in town.

Nice hotel in great location
Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable along with the pillows. Large room with plenty of space. Internet worked very well. The staff in this hotel were fantastic. Everyone was so nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean with lots of space and the bed and pillows were very good. All of the staff at this hotel are so nice. I would for sure recommend this hotel. Internet is also good along with a nice buffet breakfast. In addition the bus station is just a kilometer away if you want to take the bus to Laos which is just a few kilometers away. Enjoy

Would stay again.
Very nice hotel, Only 1 little fault at breakfast having coffee before food went to get breakfast they take my coffee that's left eat some food go for another coffee then my breakfast taken. Decided get another breakfast get coffee again take both to table at same time and guard. But not selection for European. .

A nice surprise in Mukdahan
Stayed 1 night while doing a visa run to Laos. The hotel was very comfortable by Thai and Isan standards. The hotel is a bit dated but had very good service (only the manager spoke English), comfortable beds, newspaper, fruit plate, reasonably priced mini bar, fresh flowers, good swimming pool, much better than expected breakfast, and was not far from the Riverfront and Indochina market nor the nearby night market with food and shopping (walking distance). Downsides would be that the internet was quite slow at times, not much English was spoken in the hotel, Thai and Chinese TV, and as mentioned a bit dated. I had a Deluxe Double Room on a higher floor and was not disappointed.

Greit Hotel men langt til elva.
Greit hotell til grei pris. Vi fikk oppgradert rom uten å spørre om det eller vite hvorfor. Hyggelig betjening. Lite men greit bassengområde. Frokosten var ok. Om vi reiser til Mukdahan igjen, ønsker vi nok å bo nærmere elva. Alt i alt et greit hotell

この地域では一番のホテルだと聞いていたが、正直どこにでもある普通のホテルだと思う。wifiのコンディションも決してよいとは言えないし、ルームサービスの料理は冷めていたし、おつりもこちらがダイヤルして催促するまで返してもらえなかった。

Sicher eines der besten Hotels in der Stadt. Kleinigkeiten hätten besser sein können. Ansonsten war es ganz gut.

ประทับใจล็อบบี้โรงแรมสวยงามไม่แพ้โรงแรมในกรุงเทพ อาหารท้องถิ่นรสชาติอร่อยดีและห้องพักมีความสะดวกสบายได้วิวริมสวนสาธารณะของมุกดาหาร เสียดายถ้าอยู่เห็นวิวแม่น้ำโขงจะดีมากๆ และเวลาอยู่ด้านนอกได้ยินเสียงคนคุยกันในแต่ละห้องหมดทุกคำพูดเลยไม่แน่ใจว่าจะรักษาความเป็นส่วนตัวได้มากน้อยแค่ไหน ห้องน้ำมีสบู่กลิ่นตะไคร้ทำให้ได้กลิ่นไอความเป็นสปา โดยรวมถือว่าประทับใจครับ

Always the place to stay in Mukdahan
I've stayed at Ploy Palace many times, and every time I stay the hotel put something new to the property such as the renovated room or the new lobby which come with good taste. Just love this place.

今回は初めてのムクダハンで6日間宿泊させていただきました。 良かった点 ①従業員の対応が良く、笑顔と対応の早さに満足。DVDがついてない部屋だったため確認するとすぐに別の部屋に替えてくれました。 ②田舎町でもありますが宿泊費が安い ③マッサージ、飲食店、セブンイレブンなども近く、メコン川沿いのマーケットにも10分程度で、トゥクトゥクで10分程の場所にショッピングモールもあり便利でした。 ④プール、最上階のレストランも快適に利用できました。 悪かった点。 ①浴室の湯温が時間帯によってはぬるま湯しかでない。 ②壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋のテレビの音がよく聞こえ、夜中付けっ放しで寝てるのか2日間うるさかった。 ③朝食時に毎日のように席の配置換えをしており、落ち着いて朝食が食べられなかった。 総合的には満足な宿泊でした。

サコンナコン空港への送迎サービスが有料であると書かれていましたが自分でタクシーを利用するように言われ、ホテル内にあるノックAIRの送迎サービスがある事をホテルから教えてもらえなかったのに疑問。ノックAIRの人に教えてもらいました。クチコミにお風呂のお湯の温度が低いと書かれていましたが水に近い低さで冷たかった。朝食もクチコミ評価とは大違いです。残念でした。

The just renovated the hotel, and they did it in a good way. The room was nice, with good view of the park. The swimming pool was lovely abd quiet.
