Hotel is very clean, staff were very polite and helpful, rooms are spacious, location is great short walk to the shopping centers, restaurants grocery and train stations . Safe environment to walk around. We were provided hot water kettle as requested and other toiletries. Highly recommended for travelers.

The hotel was very quiet even though it was close to the train station. We were able to easily walk to the main square and from there walk to many visitor sights. The breakfast was nice and had nice options. Checking in and out was easy. You can leave the key at the front desk when you are out and about wich is nice so you dont have to worry about losing it. We did have one day where they cleaned our room but forgot to replace the towels, the front desk staff were very apollagetic about it and we had towels in minutes - we also got a small box of chocolates. The room itself was OK as it was dated. Some of the plug ins did not work all that well for our adaptors.

The hotel is lovely and the staff was very nice, but the men that congregate in the alley beside the hotel who make noise all night is unacceptable. Men singing at the top of their lungs at 4:00 in the morning just makes everyone angry. It’s understandable to have traffic and city noise within the city, but this was excessive.

It was a quiet property. The walk to downtown is approximately 15 minutes. The hotel has very limited parking spots available on property, which are monitored. The hotel could use some more updates. Our beds were very short and old. Unfortunately, our room smelled like sewage, even after pouring water down the drains.

This quaint hotel was absolutely perfect! Everyone was like a friend. They were genuinely concerned with your comfort, needs, what I could do to help and even remembered our anniversary with a token of kindness. I hope to go there soon. The location is perfect! The breakfast was perfect! It’s truly a unknown gem.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful in giving directions and suggestions for great nearby restaurants. The hotel has old world charm with modern facilities. Location is great, close to Munich train station and Marienplatz. I would stay there again.

Traveling alone
The hotel is recently remodeled so everything is clean. Staff is friendly. It’s a few blocks off the busy streets which makes it quiet but traveling alone, I felt a little unsafe. I walked through several stores fronts with many men gathered on the street. Walking at night and early morning made me nervous with no one around. The room door doesn’t have a latch lock or viewer.

The Kraft Hotel was a quaint, smaller hotel with easy walking access to the Marienplatz and many other things. The room was perfect, clean and quiet. Parking behind the hotel was a plus!!

Excellent staff
We were going to go into the city center of Munich and asked if we could keep our luggage here a little longer than check out. Not a problem at all. When we returned to get our luggage my wife had become very ill. The gentleman at the desk couldn't have been more helpful. He got her some water and had her sit down for awhile. He even called a cab for to take us to the S-bahn and helped load our luggage into the cab. This gentleman should be commended. I will be sending a letter to the hotel commending this individual.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut. Das Sendlingertor liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Parken vor dem Hotel war Top und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch sehr sauber. Leider war die Heizung viel zu heiß und konnte nicht heruntergestellt werden, somit haben wir nicht wirklich gut geschlafen. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Baustelle, doch auf dieser wurde am Wochenende nicht gearbeitet.

Nous avons énormément apprécié la gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner était substantiel. Mille mercis à Frank pour son aide dans la réservation de nos chambres. La propreté de l'hôtel était impeccable. Sa situation se trouve à une vingtaine de minutes de marche du centre-ville de Munich mais les transports en commun sont à proximité. Le quartier est calme et sécuritaire, même en soirée. Un petit bijou d'hôtel.

Überaus gutes Hotel. Elegant, fast nobel. Frühstück (bei Aufpreis) sehr Vielfältig und reiche Auswahl.Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt. Sehr nettes Personal. Immer für ein nettes Gespräch bereit, was ich besonders schätze. Da mein Rückflug erst um 17 Uhr ging wollte ich mein Gepäck im Hotel lagern. Was grundsätzlich angeboten wird. Obwohl um 11 Uhr Ausscheckzeit war, bot man mir an, daß Zimmer bis zu meiner Abreise zu nutzen. So konnte ich in München noch Erledigungen machen. Später zurück im Zimmer nochmals frisch machen und umziehen bevor es dann gegen 14 Uhr zum Flughafen ging. Ich war sehr zufrieden und habe meine feste, zukünftige Unterkunft in München gefunden. Hotel Kraft!

호텔(5대주차가능)에서 50미터 떨어진 공용주차장(10유로/일)에 주차하라고 해서 이동했으나 옥토버페스티발 기간이라 30분 정도 기다려서 주차함. 옥토버 페스티발(도보 20분)을 위하여 정한 호텔.
