We were there for an exhibition. It was very easy to get from the location to the exhibition by public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room very clean. The breakfast buffet selection is fantastic. I will keep this hotel bookmarked for future stays in Munich.

A very nice hotel close to the centre of Munich with excellent transport links. The breakfast was reasonably priced and very nice - lots of options. Would stay here again.

Never again
Hotel use my card on file without my permission. When we booked these 8 reservations, we checked pay at hotel. These account should not have been used. I had to stop payment on my card. Not happy at all

The staff are all so very friendly and helpful, which made our stay extra special. When I'm back in Munich, I'll definitely stay here again.

Given room which hotel knew had no air conditioning - moved to another room but only after 1 night of no sleep in 30degree heat, no apology. Parking garage is a joke and not cheap either. Quite a few spaces but on a lift / conveyor system so you are left waiting for ages for others to request their car and load cars before you can park or leave

The room was tiny and the bathroom was dirty. Everything in the area closes after 5 PM. Metro station is not that close to the property.

We always stay at this hotel as it is located perfectly for our requirements. The hotel in quite new and still has that 'new' feel about it. The beds are comfortable and rooms are perfect for our needs. Breakfasts are excellent and I especially like the walk-in shower without a door to negotiate! The only improvement I would like is a shelf in the shower as there is nowhere to put your own shower gel or hair shampoo.

The staff was very nice. The room was comfortable, but it was quite warm. The air conditioning didn't get very cool and the room faced the afternoon sun so it was very warm. The bathroom was small but usable. I did not like the soap provided, it was weird/cheap gel. Overall, this was a great location and a nice hotel for the price.

Good, solid stay!
We were looking for a more affordable hotel that is not too far from the city, and ibis Munchen City Ost fits the criteria. There is a nearest tram station but we used Josephsburg station mostly. I love that Kaufland is next door and there is also a bakery in the corner, for the food choices.

Location within 10 minute walk of public transit and next to supermarket. Breakfast was very nice. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable but I also prefer a softer mattress. Very clean modern place.

Very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend that they reach out to incoming guest to explain how to get to the hotel. It is quiet a walk from the metro - but easily accessible by street car.

Compact room- clean
Room is smallish but everything I needed, clean, new/ very well maintained. Nice staff, good location for our stay, maybe 1k to ubahn stop, very nice typical euro breakfast for 11 euro. Good a/c.

Great for short trip
This is a great little hotel, ideal for a few days away. Train a leisurely 15 min walk away or tram stop 5 mins max. Only takes 10 min into city centre by train, a little longer by tram but offers different stopping points to train. Staff very friendly and always happy to help, nice to have a bar for a night cap after a days sightseeing and beer drinking!! Would recommend for those wanting a leisurely break just out of the busy city center

overall very good. Shower head has to be held..found this strange. not much options on tv for English speaking. great to have charger facility so no need for adapters. great breakfast.

Very good, our privacy respected and needs met. No problems, friendly staff. We stayed only for a short time but our experience is positive and we will definitely come back when visiting our relatives who live near by the hotel.

Modern and clean hotel close to transport
Very modern, clean and reasonably priced hotel with helpful staff. Uninspiring location but close to tram into the city and lovely bakery nearby. Also close to large supermarket. Twin room didn't have a lot of space for luggage. Nice lounge and bar area in hotel lobby.
