Have stayed at this hotel a few times. Rooms are compact but clean and comfortable. The reception desk could be managed differently when the volume of guests is high to reduce queuing time.

The rooms are sooooo small. We have been traveling for two weeks and needed more space to repack, etc. We also had no housekeeping services one day which was very difficult -- we came home to dirty towels on the shower floor and no clean ones or beds made, etc.

No one picks up phone, Thieving staff
Horrible service. I forgot my headphones (250Eur) in the room and noticed it one hour after checkout. I tried to call during the whole day, no one picked up. In the evening I went there and they were gone. Probabky one of the staff stole them or threw them in the washing machine. Incredible.

Great place to stay in Munich
Very good hotel for its price. The public areas are large, modern restaurant and good surrounding amenities. Staff in the restaurant was top and very friendly, as were the reception staff. Great option overall

Great GEM outside the city centre
The front desk is so accommodating and helpful. Excellent front desk service. The hotel is very convenient and very close to city centre. Its about 7-10 min walk to metro and less than 15 min metro ride. My family enjoyed our stay.

Modern, clean, and polite staff. They offer an organic breakfast for an additional charge. A very good deal for the cost. I would look into staying at other One Motels in the future.

The hotel is great! The staff is very friendly. It is located close to the station Wettersteinplatz where you can get a metro and arrive in Marienplatz in a few minutes. The room isn’t so spacious but it’s very clean and the bed is really comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for your stay!

Great hotel, great staff and great location. The one thing that really let it down was that although the bed was king sized and comfortable, the duvet was like a 1.5 single in width. The reception sent up a housekeeper to see to it, but all the duvets were the same size. I was on my own, but wouldn't expect such a small duvet for one bed - what had happened if there were two of us? Two duvets the same size? I've never experienced the like of it before.

A budget hotel but with designer wow factor. Good breakfast. Very attractive place to stay and great car park. Only criticism room a bit small. Very good shower in bathroom. Would stay in a motel one again.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice neighborhood & convenient location to public transportation and city sights. Many lounging areas both indoor and outdoor for relaxing. Good breakfast available in restaurant. Stayed 3 nights and would stay there again.

It was ok...
Hotel looks very nice. The room was alright. It was much smaller than I thought. I also got a handicapped room, so was not sure what to think of that. My main problem with this stay was the shower water temperature. It kept cycling from hot to medium to cold, and then all over again. Quite annoying. There were also noises coming from somewhere while I tried to sleep at night. Hotel located In suburby area. About 5 to 10 min walk to metro. Really nothing going around in this neighborhood. Probably do better booking closer to the city, but the jacked up prices due to oktoberfset left me with hotels further out. Overall, it was a Decent stay.

Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. Stylish bar downstairs. No water/coffee/minibar facilities or safe in room which would have been nice as we were staying for several days. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Under 10 minute walk to public transport, however not many other restaurants etc close by as it appeared to be a mainly residential area.
