This was an absolute worst state I’ve had with Windham. There’s a lot of traffic in the hallway all night. Alarm went off in the middle of the night stayed on for a few minutes. There were drug deals happening in the stairway or stairwell. Whatever you call it outlet in the room did not work, the towels were stained. None of the employees spoke fluent English very little English. A lot of foot traffic of people who were not even staying there at the hotel. The room was small, but doable. Didn’t really look like what was advertised. Disappointed I will not stay at this hotel again , and I know within the next 2 to 3 years, I will be frequenting the area, but I will not stay at this hotel

Room was ok, very small. Appeared clean at first but noted that the bathroom was pretty dirty around the floors & baseboards. No cable or streaming available on the TV. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

Room looked nice, just to find out that it had roaches crawling from i have no clue where - didn't feel comfortable sleeping in my room. I asked for 2 extra towels and they had a problem and only gave me 1 (I should get all I can since I'm paying to stay here) , also don't expect milk to be out for the cereal

Dirty and Hazardous - Look elsewhere
The first room I was placed in was filthy. Stained comforter, dirty floors, disarray in the bathroom. The second room I was placed in was still dirty, but atleast not filthy. I did see a few cockroaches and everything was a bit worse for wear. The coup de gras, however, was the smoke detector. The battery was removed and sat on the painting next to it. Not only is this dangerous for the guests' safety, it may very well be a breech of the fire code. There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area that or only marginally more expense. I HIGHLY recommend that you explore those options before looking here.

Good location otherwise is the worst place I have stayed at. The carpet dirty beyond comprehension. The room was dirty and bathroom was not cleaned and there was dental paste in the sink. The room was not cleaned after my first night there. the police was in the hallway with several guests that reported missing items from their rooms. I took all my stuff with me when I left the hotel after the first night. There was a truck parked outside with the trailer cooler motor running on and off all night. I believe this hotel needs to be remodeled.

AC worked. Location was great but that’s about it. Multiple guest complaining upon arrival at check in or just afterwards. Rooms had very dirty tile floors, shower curtains loaded with mold at bottom due to drains being clogged and water draining really slow. Just needs some draino! One hook to hang all your clothes on. Wall mirror just sitting against the wall broken like that’s normal! Breakfast absolutely horrible. Bread for toast stays in the uncovered position and therefore the bread is hard as a rock. Almost no need to toast it! I was afraid ti try the cereal and milk. Stay somewhere else and drive a little further in. Not worth the 100/night they are charging .

Good value for the price
AC/heater needs a good cleaning as it was stained. Bathroom shower (between head and pipe) was spraying the wall during my shower. Told the front desk person who didn’t seem to care. Bed frame was metal and stuck out beyond mattress and I hit my shin on it a couple of times. Low cost of the room made up for it.

They are affordable, willing to work with you on an early check in for a few extra dollars in cash. Checking in was a fast and easy process and the staff was very kind, always greeted you as you passed thru the lobby area.

Tight parking lot. Clerk unfriendly. She confirmed lots of thefts from vehicles. Directed to take stairs to my 2nd floor room. Room showed some signs of updating but bathroom had mildew and dirty grout. A far cry from other Microtel properties I have stayed at.

OK, great location could use a good cleaning.
The hotel was adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel appears due for a good deep clean. The rugs in the hallway are somewhat stained and the room was generally cleanish, smelled good and also needed a good deep clean. The bathroom floor looked like it had not been carefully cleaned in weeks and oddly there was no toilet paper in the dispensers just a half used roll on the counter. I felt safe, slept well, breakfast was adequate and the location is great. Seemed a bit overpriced and in need of a deepclean.

First thing to note is this is a privately owned Microtel Inn. I paid $20 cash only to check-in early. We were the only ones there and were placed on the 2nd floor where it was actively under construction. Loud drilling noises, vacuums, etc. The hotel is old, dirty, and rooms are really small. The shower didn’t work, the faucet and handle were barely attached to the wall. We requested another room with a working shower but it only had cold water, no hot water. We cancelled our stay. What a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place.

The public restroom was out of order. Other areas looked like maintenance was a low priority. We did not eat breakfast there because of the lack of cleanliness.
