The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the rooms were a little on the warm side and so we opened up the window to cool it down. Then the street noise was too much to sleep.

This is a modern yet comfortable hotel with excellent staff in a nice area of La Paz. My second time here. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

Overall the stay was great. The receptionist in the morning who checked us in was not friendly at all though - her customer service skills need to be improved. The rest of the staff we interacted with were amazing!
