Great Location!
Family vacation! Excellent communication with property manager, able to check in early! Across the street from the beach, easy access. Two pools that are relatively small.Rooms nicely sized, living room/kitchen on small size. Balcony furniture outdated. Overall nice place for family.

The Perfect Vacation Home
We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The property is spacious and located right across the street from the beach and 9 blocks from a grocery store. we had no trouble finding parking or space at the pool and beach. We had more than enough room for our party of 10 and loved that we could all eat together at the large dining table. I would recommend that future guests bring disposable plates and utensils, trash bags, bar soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. The property is sparse when it comes to these “essentials,” though this was mentioned in the listing. Communication was phenomenal, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only complaint is that we only stayed for one week!

location was wonderful, we walked to the beach everyday! Rented golf carts & used them for most everything we did. Only complaint is the fridge never really got cold. We will be back!

Major water damage
Location was amazing! With that said the place was not as clean as previous reviews. Someone previous must have had long black hair and there is nothing more digesting than hair all over. The utensils all had to be cleaned when we got there. There is some pretty substantial water damage to the ceilings upstairs. One room literally had a hole and what looked like mold. We had an issue with the door pad not working but the management team took care of the right away. We did have a great time despite these issues though. Beautiful area!

things to look for
This was an absolutely perfect pick for the family. We did a quick run through to report anything we thought might need to be addressed. I would recommend if possible to bring your own pillows. Not all the pillows were comfortable. Some were really flat once you laid your head on it. One of the beds sunk in the middle which was very awkward when trying to lay on it. The place had plenty of room for 12 of us! the kids shared a room and each couple had their own room. Nice that there were 4 full bathrooms as well! I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back!

Why did the family cross the road?
This was a wonderful vacation rental. The property was clean when we arrived and it had enough room for us to eat together for meals but still enough space for everyone to get a quite moment to themselves. Did have to move around some of the decor so my 2 year old didn't wreck things but still a great place for all age family members. What really drew us to it was the beach and pier access right across the road(almost beach front without the beachfront price). Highly recommend.
