Lovely room!

Great place to vacation.
First time in Myrtle Beach and it was a very good one. The condo was in an area that is a little less congested. Which was good for us. Plenty of places to eat and shop. The condo was true to description. Very comfortable and clean. The bed was on the high side with a very soft pillow type mattress. I had no problem with that, my husband, who is somewhat disabled did. But, we managed. Thank you Angie for your detailed instructions and your speedy responses to my texts.

Awesome Experience
Condo was beautiful. Very clean, nicely decorated. Right on the beach and beautiful view from balcony. Owner Angie Gowen supplies all the comforts of home, from soaps, dishes, utensils, etc to an amazingly comfortable king bed. I really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach and so much more. I was really impressed! I will stay in Angie’s condos again.

Fantastic Getaway
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in mid-July. Overall was a great stay. Pros: Oceanfront, 5th Floor, condo was very clean. Angie communicated with us throughout the check-in and check-out process. Kitchen area would have been adequate for a long stay, although we only used the fridge which was a full size and perfect for groceries and drinks during the stay. Location is at the resort, very near shopping, restaurants, etc. There is a restaurant on site and a pizza place, but didn’t use them or the pool/lazy river. Room was very quiet considering you are in a family resort. Good to Knows: This condo is in a resort, so yes, it is busy with kids and families. This condo is directly over the pool, which operates until about 11pm. HOWEVER, the sliding glass door to the balcony is fairly thick and the pool noise was fairly muted. Pool is small and very crowded, but the point of taking this condo is the access to the VAST salt water pool know as the Atlantic Ocean only 50 yards away. Parking garage is very tight, so drive the smaller of your vehicles for easier parking experience. Air Conditioner keeps room very cool, but it is loud and could be replaced - keep the fan “on” instead of “auto” at night and it becomes white noise. Finally, chairs and umbrella are provided (could use replacement) but keep in mind that they must be set up behind the line of the life guard towers or they will make you move. This packs you in first few yards of beach.

It’s advertised at (Adult Only resort) it was a privet condo inside a restore and resort full of kids running around . Too much rules and the contract came after I made the reservation, I was told to wash the dishes, clean the fridge , take the trash to outside , and strip all pillow cases and sheets and , and it absolutely over priced, it should not be promoted by your great website .

I couldn’t have been happier with this place I rented, awesome ocean front view, room was spotless when I arrived, very comfortable, perfect location. Everyone at the resort was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back next year.

Right on the beach!
The condo was clean and freshly painted. As you got off the elevators. The condo was right there. It was right on beach with a nice little balcony where you could sit and watch the waves roll in on a very clean beach. It had everything you would need including a Keurig coffee maker. The condo had a king size bed with a pillow top mattress. Personally, it was a little too soft for me, but that is just my opinion. Overall, it's an excellent value.

Adult Get Away
If you are looking for a relaxing adult get away during the summer months this is not the place. The pool was extremely crowded with kids not much room to get in and relax. The resort was nice with the outside bar and a couple choices of places to eat. This condo was really nice and updated with cute decorations. Overall it was a nice place.

Cozy getaway!

Yes, parking can sometimes be a hassle in the summer and definitely over July 4th. There is plenty of parking but everyone wants the spots closest to the building and doesn't want to park on property but not right upfront :-).

Fresh and newly renovated
This is a perfect condo for 1 or 2 people. The balcony gives a bird’s eye view of the beach & pool. The cute dining table is perfect and lighting is very nice as is the size of the TV. If you got the impression from the pictures that it has a mini frig, that is happily incorrect. It is apartment sized and will accommodate your needs. The bed was higher than ours but there is a cute step stool in your closet.

Nice stay, lovely condo
My spouse and I stayed for a long weekend 3/3-3/7. First off, I want to say Angie and her husband are fabulous owners who were quick to respond to any issue and their condo is absolutely lovely. Clean, with little details like washcloths for removing makeup, coffee pods and creamer/sugar etc. The bed was so comfortable and even at 5'5 I was able to make it onto the high bed..LOL! The view of the beach from the balcony is beautiful and check in was a breeze. Their condo is a gem! That being said, and I preface this by saying that this building is condo's, so each one is owned independently, so I don't place any blame on Angie what-so-ever for the rest of the building. The building is older and while most areas are decent, just be aware it's older. The parking garage is "interesting" as it seems to be a hang out area for some to smoke pot and unfortunately we ran into multiple instances of the elevators being used as "relief" areas for either pets or humans (human mostly). Again, I am not placing fault on the condo owners as Myrtle Beach obviously attracts a party crowd and they have no control over what happens in the garage. Everywhere we went, with the exception of Murrells Inlet, there seemed to be a non-stop smell of skunk weed. Most of our days were relaxing and lovely, but Friday seemed to bring in the party crowd and the permeating smell of weed was non-stop for the day. We just stayed out of the condo most of that day. Angie and her husband were very responsive, again no fault of theirs about the pot smokers. I think overall I feel like it just might be a case that I'm too old to be in the serious party group and too young to hang with the retired golfers. LOL! We did enjoy our stay overall and if we ever do venture back we wouldn't hesitate to stay in one of Angies rentals, maybe a higher floor next time!

We do have security and they are extremely responsive as you saw. We called them, and my husband and security tried to identify where the pot smoking was coming from.

Amazing Beach View
We loved our stay in Angie’s condo. Walking in the door you immediately get a sense of relaxation and calm, as the first thing you see is a view of the ocean, straight out the balcony door. Everything was very clean, the colors were bright and cheerful and the decor was very cute and beachy. Everything was as described, and we had everything we needed. Communication was great! We had several questions before booking and after, and she always got back to us very quickly. The ONLY issue I had personally, is that the bed is REALLY high off the floor. There was one step stool that my husband and I shared. The bed however (once I was up there) was very soft and comfy! Besides going to the beach and out to dinner, we didn’t leave, the view from the balcony was breathtaking and we got some much needed R&R!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Breeze. The check in was smooth and flawless. The owner reached out to me with all the important info that I needed. Even allowed us to check in early. Easter Break
Angie is a very good host and goes out of her way to may you feel at home. Everything was as advertised and if you have any problems they are resolved very quickly. If I had to say anything negative, the hot water in the shower is luke warm while other faucets are very hot, other than that I will definately go again.

Just to clarify the issue with the check-in process in case people are wondering - it was because you didn't return the completed booking agreement sent weeks in advance (since you mentioned you don't check your email). This also meant you didn't receive the parking map and info on check-in (i.e., essentially go to the unit and use the code). Which meant you needed to come to our condo on the 12th floor and enjoy a glass of wine with us while we got your information :-).

Absolutely thrilled with not having to wait in line to check in. The keyless system was fantastic. Angie sent us a text the second the room was clean, which was much earlier than we thought We had a lovely week. The small unit has everything a couple could want. We especially loved the high bar chairs on the balcony which made seeing the ocean perfect. We found some new restaurants this trip. Loved 42nd Street and Lombardos. Had a fantastic time at Martini's and Crocodile Rocks. Thank you, Angie, for allowing us to use your place. It was a wonderful week!

Peaceful Weekend
We had a great weekend in the condo. Nice views of the beach and the condo decor was adorable. The bed and pillows are very soft. (Almost too soft, I kept getting lost in there!) We were able to cook 3 meals in the kitchenette and found pretty much everything we needed to do so. It is very small for cooking and washing dishes but that's to be expected. The only minor thing about the condo was that the bathroom door doesn't shut but it was no biggie. Some people might care about that. The experience as a whole was positive..we spent most of Memorial Day weekend in the condo in order to social distance. I will say that particular weekend there was a lot of loud party-goers and drunks out by the bar and pool area at night and since it's so close, it couldn't be ignored unfortunately. I would need to stay here a couple more times to be able to gauge if that's the usual crowd at that resort. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful room and for all the homey touches.

My husband has taken care of that (it happens from the expanding and contracting with the newly humid weather). Regarding the noise, yes, it does happen on holiday weekends. You can imagine with everyone cooped up that people were happy to celebrate. Having said that, we do have security guards and we do have quiet hours. Thanks again for staying with us!

The Airport is about 20 minutes away. All downtown restaurants are close to the condo. The views are wonderful. We walked the beach several times. Also, people watched from the balcony. Places to visit is Georgetown, Murell's Inlet boardwalk, Antalya Castle which is part of Brookgreen Gardens, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and Apache Pier (the longest wood pier on the east coast). There are parks with Farris wheels and entertainment. Overall, I would go back and stay at the condo we had. The owners are very easy to work with and will help in anyway they can. The staff at the condos are friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. I would give this stay an "A+".
