Week at the beach
My wife, me and 3 of our boys went for a final family vacation. The house had enough space for everyone to have the there own space. Very nice condition and full amenities. If i needed something from the host she responded quickly. I was very satisfied with this place and me and my wife may return again.

Perfect family vacation
We really enjoyed the space of the home. Small community which was amazing and friendly. Right across the street from the beach! The home was clean and accommodated all of our needs! The host replied quickly to any messages sent. Thank you for being an amazing host!

Property Manager- stayed in touch prior to, throughout entire and after stay Check in: Check out : Easy without hassle Location Location Location!!!!- Perfect- centrally located- easy access to beach….👍 Cleanliness: floor mats in bathrooms full of sand ( ours only added to it) Accessories: televisions in bedrooms didn’t work- not a priority for us but would have been nice. Definitely will be booking again!
Check in/check out progress was so easy! The location itself was perfect, out of the way, not much traffic which was exactly what we wanted.. walking distance to the beach is perfect for a family and young children. Beds were so comfortable, by far best rental bed I’ve ever slept on. Cleaning fee is a bit much as we did have to clean a bit more than we wanted. Might want to bring your own bakeware or aluminum foil baking dishes as they were not usable and maybe an upgrade in broom/dust pan, considering the traffic/beach sand. We did have an issue with the TVs but our crew brought their own gadgets so it wasn’t a big deal. We definitely will be booking again soon hopefully. We all truly enjoyed our little vacation, we were able to relax and feel like we were home. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party of 7 which included 2 teenagers, 3 smaller children and 2 moms.

Great Location and Amazing Stay
Our family decided to spend the holiday break at this beautiful property and it was an amazing stay. The house was affordable, accommodating and spacious. This space was a 3 minute walk from the beach, and within 10-15 minutes of the mall, the movies, and Broadway at the beach. The host was kind and very responsive This is definitely a property we will revisit again.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay while in town for my daughter’s softball tournament. Less than 10 minutes from the field and everything else we wanted to do! The home had everything we needed in a home away from home, the host was amazing in accommodating our stay and all of our needs. We appreciate all you did Val! We would definitely stay again! Perfect getaway
We had a great time at Val’s property. The walk to the beach is less than a minute across the street. The house was clean and had all the necessities to get you started before heading to the store. The kitchen has all you could ask for. Beds were very comfortable we enjoyed our coffee on the deck every morning. The pool is just behind the next set of houses, very close and the kids enjoyed it each day. The neighborhood Walmart is a few minutes away. We would definitely come back.

Review from a local resident!
100% satisfied! The house was efficient for our wants and needs. Located in a safe location with easy access to everything. I live local around 5 mins from this location and needed a bigger property to host my daughter and her friends while they celebrated her upcoming marriage. The rooms are large with large beds enough bathrooms and space for 8 21-30 year olds to get ready. Val was super attentive and so helpful before and during our stay. The whole process was efficient without any bumps or issues along the way. Thank for all you have done. This means a lot coming from a local resident. Many places don’t care on the condition of their rentals as most tourists come and go quickly. I highly recommend using Val’s property.

Comfortable Home
The house was on the south end of Ocean Blvd away from the congestion but close enough if you wanted to go to all the attractions. The balcony over looked Ocean Blvd. The description said the ocean was 30 steps away, actually had to cross the street and walk between a couple hotels to get to the beach but it was a short walk. The house was comfortable for the 9 of us. It was clean and location was very convenient (5 min) to get to the softball fields we were playing at. It was nice to feel like we had a “home” to go to rather than a hotel/resort. Host was easily accessible and responded to any questions we had.

Perfect Location and perfect home for our family.
This house was perfect, and Val was excellent to work with. She sent us the entry code a few days prior, and the house was cool, very clean and organized when we arrived. The beach is just across the street. Which made it ideal with a 3 & 5 year along with all the beach gear. Val also was kind enough to leave us her personal grill to use. The pool is small but very clean and refreshing if you would rather not get sand in your shoes. Sincerely, Karen

We really enjoyed the cleanliness, proximity to the beach and the pool just around the corner. It was close to all the everyday conveniences on the main strip as well. The host was fantastic and checked in on us without being overbearing. Super home-y and we’d love to visit again next year!

Great spot to stay for your friends trip!
What a perfect spot to stay for our group! The place is part of a cool small community in a nice area. The location was absolutely great with the beach right across the street but in a more chill locale than being right in downtown. That being said stores and other things are walkable and it was only a short ride to the boardwalk and all that stuff. Great communication as well with Val made the whole experience excellent!

An ideal location
This was a great place for our family to gather for vacation. We cooked together, played games and watched the Olympics each evening. During the day, it was an easy walk to the beach... Even with two little ones under two years old. Communicating with Val was easy. She was quick to respond and very helpful.

Great Multigeneration Family Vacation Spot
Everyone had such a nice time! Plenty of room for our family group that included my mom, my younger children and my adult children and their families. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals from pans and baking dishes to dinnerware and drinking glasses. We especially enjoyed having the dishwasher and washer/dryer to be able to keep everything clean as we went along. The only challenging thing was the noise from the street. Because our beach house was first row, there was a lot of loud music and misc road noise, but it wasn't terrible - just something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper. My son loved the pool and we utilized the outdoor shower several times. Wifi supported all of our devices and streaming services handily. Owner checked in to see how things were going. We will definitely be back again.

Awesome Family Vacation
This was a great home for our family vacation. It's a beautiful home with plenty of room, and each family unit had their own room and bathroom. Great location overlooking Ocean Blvd. and just a short walk to the beach. Val was a great host and was able to answer any questions. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was in a great locations to everything. We never traveled more than 15 mins to all the Myrtle Beach attractions. We were steps to the beach and Val left us quite a few chairs to use. The pool was convenient in the afternoon after the beach to relax and cool off. The house worked out perfectly. It was set up w more than enough rooms for our family. The best part was everyone had their own bathroom so there was never any crossing when getting ready to go out. The balcony was great to have a cup of coffee in the am and watch the sunrise. The tv in every bedroom with Netflix was a nice touch. All beds were comfortable and house was very clean. The Kitchen was well equipped and we made great use of the BBQ Val had available for us. Overall it was a great trip with lots of memories and looking forward to staying again in the future.

Generally excellent stay, with a few caveats
I stayed in the house with my wife and two teenaged kids, along with a friend and his wife and two teenaged kids. Generally the house was great. There was enough room for all of us, even if the rooms are smaller in reality than in the pictures. Val was exceptionally responsive to any questions or issues, and there were a couple. The first thing to know is that there is no broadcast TV, only streaming. That was surprising. Streaming is fine for watching a movie, but not ideal for sports, news, or just sitting down for a few minutes to kill some time. Also, the streaming did not work at all on the living room, but my guess is that will be addressed before long. Either way, the TV situation as a whole was frustrating and disappointing. You also need to be aware of what you will need to provide. While bath towels are provided, beach towels are not. Also, make sure things like toilet paper and laundry detergent are on your shopping list. Soap too, for the shower. The house is in a great location. I think the longest drive we ever took was about a half hour. Most of the local stuff is jut a few minutes away. The beach is across the street, about a 5 minute walk. I didn't use it the pool, but the kids said it was good. Overall we were happy with our stay. The minor inconveniences aside, it was way better than a hotel.

Thank you, Doug. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, the TVs in the house have streaming, but that includes Fox Sports, CNN, HBO, networks, etc. So a good number of broadcast options. Also, house rental is a bit different then hotels, but hopefully that's a good thing :) I do provide linens, bath towels and toilet paper/paper towels. Those last items are usually sufficient for people staying a few days. But for longer stays, guests do do additional shopping, which is standard for pretty much all house rentals.
