I was charged more than I was supposed to pay there was no place to park and I don’t know what’s going on at that place, but there were cars pulling in and out of people that didn’t even have rooms it was extremely noisy people, yelling, screaming, and hollering all night and day Was very disappointed

This is my very first trip to Myrtle Beach and I'm 67. The staff here has been great. After an 11 hour drive and it being night I can hear the ocean and see the waves breaking on the beach from the balcony. I will be back!

I am going to share everything. The staff was cordial and helpful. The facility appears to be an original hotel on the beach----not updated or remodeled in a very long time, if ever. The room smelled of smoke. I could not be sure if it was just old lingering smoke from years and years or if it was from the last occupant before me. I thought, this is a short trip with a short stay so I should be okay. Next It seemed like there may have been sand on the sheet and there was no top sheet. The thought of this made me uncomfortable and itchy all night. I saw so many people walking around the area, I put the chair under the door handle because I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. This was a much higher concern for me than other conditions with the room itself. Around 2:00 a.m. people were on the balcony outside of my room laughing and singing and being inconsiderate of the time and the place. Again at 6:15 a.m. the same disturbance was happening. This was the point that I said this is too unsafe and too uncomfortable. I will add that I am a senior citizen, and I was by myself during this Thursday night. I immediately notified Expedia and I have had two conversations with them about cancelling the remaining three days. This has not yet been resolved. I am requesting Expedia and the hotel to get together and refund the three nights’ stay that was cancelled. My next step is to see if the travel protection I purchased will except this as a claim. I want to emphasize beyond

It was a regular hotel right in front of the ocean and the rooms normal just the parking is so limited. But not too bad or the best compared to other hotels.

Management was nice. Other than that wouldn’t recommend.. they gave me a room different than what i picked when i booked and didn’t have enough sleep space for everyone i was with. It wasn’t unclean but looked dirty and we also had a cockroach in our bathroom. We left immediately.

Worst place there was bed bugs my brother in law is on his way to the hospital because his whole is completely covered, not to mention there were flies everywhere, our room was so dirty the sheets had stains floor was covered in sand and even the whole room was just old everything inside of it was just old nothing like in the pictures, the pool had so much chemical inside of it all of our bathing suits changed colores my husband and my daughter eyes where itching so bad they couldnt sleep the whole night ... honestly i dont know how this place is still in business

First, the drawbacks. At check-in, the woman behind the plexiglass was unsmiling and barely communicative. At check-out, no one was to be found. For a room that sleeps eight, I would've expected more towels to be available. They don't seem to have adequate parking for the size of the property. Now, the positives: The bathroom was clean, the a/c (though hard to reach, making adjustments difficult) blew good and cold, each bedroom had a wall-mounted fan, the pillows were not flat, and the bed was (shockingly) one of the best I've slept on in any motel. The only other thing I'll say is just to be aware that although the room does have a fridge and stove, nothing else is provided, not even a coffeemaker.

If you want an inexpensive, bare bones older property right on the beach, this is it. Although the room has a kitchenette, no cooking supplies are provided. No cups, utensils, pots, pans or cleaning supplies. Room came with one frying pan. Not even a coffee maker or plastic cups in the bathroom. No broom to sweep up the inevitable sand that will get in your room. Room service must be on demand because my room was not serviced. A/C units are newer and kept the room cool. Mattress was comfortable. Sheets and pillow cases seemed clean. If you walk in the room barefoot, your feet will get black from the dirt on the floor. Plenty of parking and pool was clean.

This hotel is in very bad condition, the first thing I saw was several people smoking and one of the cleaning people talking on the phone with a very bad vocabulary, the floor of the 3rd level is not level and does not feel safe at all! The room was dirty and had a strange smell, the entrance to the room had a lot of sand and wet clothes from other people, besides that there were people smoking weed in the next room, my wife is asthmatic and she started to feel bad , they gave us a new room and it was even worse, the microwave was full of grease on the outside, the windows had handprints all over it, the tv turned on like someone had recently been there. We instantly saw it and we had to get out of there. I do not recommend this place!

The hotel is good as long as you’re expecting to get what you’re paying for. It’s a budget hotel with no frills. It’s directly beach adjacent which is very nice, and the pools were clean, if a bit small. Parking was easy and the hotel is conveniently located to dining and attractions

Horrible, out of necessity we had to spend the night here and it was one of the worst "hotels" of our lives, it reeked of pee and marijuana and the sheets had some blood stains. AWFUL 😡

Office and staff were excellent! The rooms very unexpected! Hair on beds! Balls of hair and lint on beds! Blanket had dried blood stain on it and guy from.laundry room.replaced it and took a picture of it woih his phone as well. Pillows had dried rust water spots on 2 of them. 3 bags of trash with food overflowing in front of room upon check in. Breezeways stayed full of debris and trash. Pool was never cleaned. Trash around pool stayed the whole weekend uncleaned! No phones in rooms. No housekeeping during your stay. We purchased insect spray to kill gnats swarming in windows. Most definitely will never stay here again!! Simply uncomfortable and not as described in advertisement!!

I book a ocean view room and when I got there they don’t have a ocean view, no refunds or a different for the price I pay, the room was disgusting, I have to call to tell them to clean the bathroom because it was so disgusting with hair and you can even shower, because the water stay in you foot. No towels I have to walk always to the office because no phones in the room, I will never never stay in this hotel.

The A/C the first day worked, after that it was miserable and didn’t work at all hardly. Never came in to clean the room..housekeeping was only in from 9am-1pm. Had a little kitchen but had nothing to cook with. Had to go to Walmart to buy stuff to cook with and extra towels. The pool was NASTY, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The only thing that was great about it was the PRICE, other then that we will NEVER stay at this place EVER AGAIN!!!

It needs updates big time. No elevator so stairs are out side and not that safe. Oven took forever to warm up. Hair dryer didn’t work. They don’t check on room till you leave so you had to always ask for supplies. So always had to deal with sand all over the floor. Shower takes forever to drain. The washers that they have on side has blue tape on them so you can’t use them. The kitchen didn’t have the basic kitchen utensils, but luckily we brought some from home because we had a feeling it might not have nothing or not much.
