Great stay
The property was great; clean, cute backyard, safe location, and easy dealing with host. Adam was fast to respond and very keen to take good care of us. The kitchen area is very small; it has a mini fridge and only a hot plate & microwave. I wouldn't plan on doing much cooking. The outside grill area has a sink but there's no kitchen sink. The address listed on VRBO did not bring us to the correct location; get the address from the host. The property lists a location of a 3 min walk to the malecon but it's longer than that-- more accurate to say 5 min drive and maybe 25 min walk. It was fun to try out different restaurants every night. The owners of Super Benjy's were so nice- we look forward to going back. The locals were so kind and welcoming. It was a great experience.

Pretty backyard and clean rooms

Live like a local
Perfect location, very welcoming guest home and fantastic host. Spacious and private as advertised. Beach, forest and local attractions all close by. This is not a tourist trap, it’s a small friendly community that we truly enjoyed.

Great stay good location
Adam was a wonderful host. Patio was great, quit and beautiful. Adam treated us better than our own relatives! 20 minutes from Ceiba ferry, 15 minutes from Humacao for large box store grocery like walmart and Ralphs. Great restaurants within 15-20 minutes and 5 minutes to Naguabo beach and good restaurants . El Maketa had great seafood. Beds were very comforable. Even though space was small we spent most of our time on the patio. Adam was a perfect host and speaks english well.i d go back in a minute to stsy there. Quiet, secure gated community.

Perfect place and location
We'd definitely stay here again! It was an easy drive from San Juan. The pictures are accurate and it's nicely appointed. It's private and situated in the back of the main house with a side entrance and nice patio area. You could have kids or someone else stay in the 2nd bedroom so long as you don't mind them coming down the connected hallway for the bathroom. Very clean. The owner greated us as we arrived to show us around and make sure everything was okay and give some restaurant suggestions. Very welcoming and friendly. This is about 20 minutes to the ferry or other boat tours if you're thinking of going over to Vieques which we did. Close to some beaches. Great views. Quiet and very clean neighborhood. Can't wait to return!

Great Rental
Very clean and well appointed rental. The host(Adam) was exceptional. Always asking what he could do for us to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Great location and private. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
