Great house and location
We had a super week in the villa. Very well kitted out, clean and comfortable and right on the beach. Quiet location despite being only a 10 minute walk to the port (with lots of bars and restaurants) and the supermarket. Would definitely recommend / come back in future.

Excellent location and views. The house is in a quiet location but has good easy access to the local shops and restaurants. The house is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday and the kitchen and second bathroom, added since our last stay, are a welcome addition, there is also good off road parking. Communication with the owner and the handover at the start and end of our holiday were very good. We would not hesitate to book this house again in the future.

Excellent property in a perfect location, close enough to amenities but far enough away to be quiet. Property had everything we needed and we made use of the bikes everyday.

Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et un grand merci à Michel pour sa bienveillance et son désir de nous faire passer un agréable séjour. La situation de la maison est top, juste la promenade à traverser pour être sur la plage et se baigner. Quant à la maison, rien ne manque. Enfin une location avec suffisamment de vaisselle, d’accessoires, de poêles et casseroles ! La maison est super agréable, bien agencée et décorée, la literie d’excellente qualité tout comme le linge. Le calme total la nuit. Une grande surface et une boulangerie à proximité, un parc d’attraction aquatique, le port à deux pas en empruntant à pied la promenade…. Bref nous recommandons sans hésitation cette maison pour des vacances au calme et dans un cadre privilégié.

Great house right on the waterfront
We really enjoyed our stay in this house... Very well equipped, clean, and ideally situated. From the porch we had a great view on the water. Initially I was a bit worried that the promenade which runs in between the house and the water would be a disturbance, but we hardly noticed it in the end. Michel was a great help and always available for questions.

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach nur herrlich. Sehr gut sind die Insektengitter in den Schlafzimmern. Die Terrasse ist schön angelegt auch mit Gartenmöbeln. Im Haus war alles wie angegeben vorhanden. Wären die Schubläden in den Schlafzimmern nicht teilweise defekt und schwergängig gewesen, im oberen Bad die WC-Brille nicht defekt und bei Ankunft war nicht alles ordentlich sauber (Sand und Haare in Schubladen und Boden ), wäre es perfekt gewesen.

Zwei schöne und entspannte Wochen im Gruissan verbracht...
Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Haus von Michel verbracht. Michel ist ein aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der immer erreichbar war und umgehend und unkompliziert unsere Fragen beantwortet hat. Vielen Dank dafür:-) Das Haus ist komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage am Meer ist einfach perfekt ! In der Küche findet man alles notwendige vor um gut kochen zu können. Besonders schön ist der Blick auf das Meer, welches man von der Terrasse, von den Schlafzimmern vom Esstisch und sogar von der Küche sieht. Die Terrasse und das gesamte Grundstück ist ausreichend groß und aufgrund der vielen blühenden Büsche, Bäume usw. fühlt man sich trotz Nähe der Promenade sehr wohl und unbeobachtet. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt sind die Fahrräder, die wir jeden Tag genutzt haben und so unser Auto stehen lassen konnten.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage!
Dieses Ferienhaus bietet alles, um Gruisson zu geniessen: Garten mit Terrasse direkt am Strand und Binnenmeer, fussläufig zum Ort mit Geschäften und Restaurants und für Regentage allen Komfort, um es sich im modernen Interieur gemütlich zu machen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

maison de taille très adaptée pour les vacances, à la fois fonctionnelle et joliment décorée, bonne literie. Emplacement idéal, en front de mer, magnifique vue sur le mont Canigou; pas de route mais une grande promenade menant au phare ou au port. Nous n'avons pas sorti la voiture mais intermarché et parc aquatique tout proche. Un grand merci à Michel pour ses instructions claires et ses interventions rapides et efficaces! Nous reviendrons dès que possible!

Das Beste, dass man sich in Gruissan gönnen kann
Sehr gut eingerichtetes, geräumiges Haus, mit Lage direkt am Wasser. Eines der wenigen freistehenden Ferienhäuser, sowie eines was bis zu 8 Personen hält. In dieser Kombination gibt es kaum 5 ähnliche Häuser in der Region. Alles in allem die einzige Option die wir uns für einen erneuten Besuch in Gruissan je anschauen würden. Wenn man ein mal hier war, werden alle anderen Häuser nicht mehr gut genug sein. Es ist sicher eines der teureren Häuser ,aber den Komfort direkt von der Terasse auf den Strand laufen zu können, oder aus dem Haus den Strand (mit den spielenden Kindern) beobachten zu können ist extrem viel Wert. Der Besitzer Michel ist sehr freundlich, offen für Feedback und jederzeit erreichbar. Volle Empfehlung!

Extraordinary place to enjoy vacation
We spend 2 weeks with 6 people at this house. It was a great experience and we were fully satisfied! On arrival we found the house very clean. It is fully equipped and there was nothing missing: Enough glasses, dishes, pots, pans and there was even with 6 people never any bottleneck (and I expect no bottleneck with 8 people) The house is very tastefully furnished, the terrace is big and provides all possibilities of having sun or shadow and protects well from the wind. The bedrooms are big enough and there is a lot of space in the closets. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are clean and big enough. The location directly at the etang (lake) is extraordinary and the view is exciting. The contact and the communication with the owner has been smooth, fast and very pleasant. It is the best place we ever found at Gruissan and it will be our first choice for another vacation at Gruissan.

Très agréable villa avec vue sur la mer
Très belle villa confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Emplacement idéal avec plage en face et animations, commerce et boulangerie à quelques minutes a pied. Seul bémol : des salles d’eau pas impeccable (odeur nauséabonde en bas et siphon bouché en haut), chaises et vaisselle en nombre insuffisant pour 7, accueil par concierge peu amical. Avons tout de même passé un excellent séjour avec la terrasse et la plage à proximité !
