Easy to access from interstate. Staff was friendly but not always at check in counter. Rooms were cleanest I have ever experienced. Morning coffee bar was free and coffee was excellent. Breakfast choices were expensive. We were able to walk to one restaurant and the food was good.

Pool was out of service. No notice of issue was delivered to us prior to our arrival or once we had checked in. Didn't find out it was out of service until after our kids were ready to use the pool and then notified that it was not available. Very nice hotel, good staff, just an unfortunate circulmstance.

Accommodations were easily a nine out of 10, the evening staff, and morning staff were both friendly, courteous and helpful. The only thing is the TV was out all morning. Other than that, had a great time

This place was very nice. They had live music for entertainment and the staff was friendly. The only thing that we had issues with is when we first arrived the boiler was being worked on so there was no hot water. Also I had to get use to the sound of traffic since the highway was close by overall it was a good stay and I would recommend.

Compassionate and supported staff
I've been in Franklin for medical reasons once a week lately..My son's medical situation can be difficult and they've handled every situation with grace and compassion and I'm very grateful. Beyond that this place is hip...bar and live music...just a fun place to stay.

Hotel looks like it was recently remodeled. Had stayed there previously, but do not remember it looking the same. You would think that complementary coffee and a continental breakfast would be in line for a hotel of this type. Was fairly disappointed with the water temperature in the shower. It never got warm. It was more tepid. When I asked the front desk person if they were having a water issue they stated they put regulators on the Water thermostat valves so that it would conserve water. They might want to consider upping the temperature a little bit as it was a rather uncomfortable shower. Otherwise it was an average stay.

Great Hotel, No Hot Water?
The hotel and staff was amazing. I gave a four-star review because on the last day of our stay, we had not hot water. Not ideal when it is 12 degrees outside.

Marahall speaker for the win!
Absolutely loved this hotel. The renovations are beautiful with extra special touches that will make you want to come back. (Loved the Marshall speaker). Very clean room & inviting lobby. Check-in was fast & easy. Check-out was the same. Rooms were quiet. We heard no noise from other guests. There was a bit of noise from the highway, but nothing terrible. Would definitely come back.

Great hotel with friendly staff
We had a pleasant stay - Anna was very helpful and I want to put in a good word for her. The only negative is the location - traffic can be really bad between the hotel and the freeway if you are going that way, figure on at least 10 minutes to get on the freeway (might be quick, but Saturday afternoon it took multiple cycles of each light to get through).
