expensive compared to the old facilities, the breakfast that was included is a scam it only included carbohydrates bread, pancakes, bagels and cereals it had no protein and every day it was the same, very bad they should pay attention to that detail, the only thing that bothered me What I liked was the daily attention of the housekeeping, and the proximity to the bus stop, I would not stay there again nor do I recommend it.

Offered breakfast and machine for pancakes was broken no hot breakfast very minimum. Homeless people sleeping in the hallways. The room was ok the shower was falling apart the sink knob came apart a few times. All I can say that for the amount of money it cost not worth it. We were not pleased at all.

Rooms are dated, not enough towels left in rooms and one day werent even left any. Telephone in the room didnt work but didnt notice until the 2nd day. The Free Breakfast was very poor. Not very.many options and even the cereal containers that were there so.s were empty.

It was the most convenient for our stay overstay here. But the Breakfast was not the best, no Bananas or many other options. It took forever to make a pancake and the front desk clerk spent more time fixing it or putting more batter into the machine.

The staff we encountered during our stay were very pleasant and helpful. The property itself is somewhat rundown and out of date which was surprising for a Wyndham property. It’s located pretty much roadside and is extremely noisy with the thru traffic, especially early morning. The drain in the tub was very slow which made it for a shower/bath at the same time. It got cold during our stay and the heat smelled horrendous when we tried to put it on. Had to turn it off and open the door to get the smell out. The price was reasonable which is one of the reason I chose to book and it is a Wyndham branch which is usually nice but this was a bit of a disappointment.

The odors ruined this place
Walking into the lobby there was too strong of a pine smell. So strong it seems like it was probably to try to cover up bad smells. Going into the room there was a horrible, strong, foul smell with an added smell of too strong cleaning solution to again try to cover the foul smell. That was our big complaint of the place. Everything else was good. All of the staff was welcoming and good. The room appeared good and clean, but the smell! The locks were difficult to maneuver. If they do a good carpet and furniture cleaning/renovation, and adjust their locks to be user friendly it would be a great budget-friendly place. It’s hard to give a good review to a place with such odors, tho.

Run do not walk away from this property. It should not be advertised as a 3.5 hotel. It is not a hotel at all. It is a motel It should not be advertised on Orbitz at all. The room was filthy. There were bugs in the drawer. The one dresser was broken. Everything was dirty and disgusting. There were people dealing drugs out in the parking lot. We checked in and checked right back out

I rarely do reviews, I should do more; however these employees were horrible. I understand this is a budget hotel, it met that standard; however, the front desk would not answer calls, they would not set up my keys for duration of trip so I would find myself at my third floor room with the key not working. I actually was in an Uber accident while visiting area, I spent the day in the ER with my 16yo daughter. We get back to our room at 11:30pm. I could not walk. We are on the 3rd floor and the key doesn’t work. We called the number and the reception would not answer and hang up on me without speaking to me. I was trapped on the 3rd floor because my key could not access the elevators. We stood outside for almost an hour trying to get through and front desk would answer and hang up. I was yelling at other customers from the third floor for help as they entered the hotel. I could not walk down the outside steps due to accident. When another guest finally let us into third floor elevator access and I confronted the staff and explained the situation. She was mean to me and said, I answered all my calls. Terrible Terrible. Her boyfriend was hanging in a chair taking up her time. The place is sketchy…..don’t stay here you will regret it. It takes no energy to be a kind human and help. If you don’t want to do your job well go find one you do but don’t be mean to others that call you out. This hotel was the absolute worst place I’ve traveled to over the last 30 years.

This property has clearly been here a while. The furnature and condition of the walls shows age. It is beyond a few scuffs. The walls were stained in the bathroom and by the sink. A loose toilet line kept water slowly leaking onto the bathroom floor. Probably the biggest disappointment was the fridge did not work and there was no cofee maker. A budget experience for sure. The breakfast was decent and staff was helpful, so two and a half stars.

Not enough towels only had 2 when we booked for 4 people. No utensils for breakfast the guy behind the counter checker every drawer and nothing was the same thing the next day. Lock on room door was broken and not working. Room had multiple spots with damage. Pool ADA chair didn’t work.

We only stayed one night, and it was “average” at best. When we were checking in, the man at the desk didn’t even greet us. He just stuck his hand out expectantly asking for my ID. No smile, no “hello, how are you?” Not really any customer service at all. It was kind of rude, in my opinion. Very disappointing in that regard. The room wasn’t anything special. The bed was so squeaky that you couldn’t even sit on it to tie your shoes without it making noise. The blankets on the bed were literally just sheets, no thick comforter on the top at all to keep warm. The curtain was broken at the top, so some sort of light was always trying to peak through. All of the rooms are outside. Either facing the road or the back. The ones facing the road were obviously loud because of traffic. If we had known that, we would’ve requested a room at the back of the building. It was sufficient enough to sleep in for just one night, but I would’ve paid the extra money for a better hotel if it was more than one night. They promised breakfast starting at 6am, but when we went to check out, there was nothing set out for breakfast. And we checked out at 10:30am.
