It was ok price was good for stay, beds were small, tv screen was blue, really noisy could here guest above stomping around, staff was really friendly, coukd have more options for breakfasts

The hotel was nice but the beds are not soft at all, it feels like your sleeping on a rock.The lady who works at the front desk in the evenings is not patient. She made me feel like it was a inconvenience to ask for utensils and she shouldn't say what she is thinking out loud people can hear her even when she's in the back. Everyone else was very nice.

Everything including the price per night was good in relation to downtown Nashville. It was 2.4 miles from Ryman Auditorium. We took an Uber to and from the concert rather than navigating unfamiliar roads downtown and traffic. The only thing we were surprised with was the $38 entertainment fee added to our room bill when we checked in. Everything else was wonderful.

The manager on duty when we checked out was so very nice, he went above and beyond when our truck wouldn’t start he used his on vehicle and gave us a boost such a nice young man.

Good, clean room at a fair price
I was attending a swim meet at Centennial Sportsplex, which is a few blocks from the hotel. The room was large and very clean when I arrived. Everything in the room operated properly and overall I was comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Nashville.

We checked in around 10pm and the front desk was quick at giving us the room key, but that was about as good as it gets. She put us on the first floor opposite the staff room, next to the elevator, where she and other staff members walked in an out every 20 minutes till morning comes. The WALL are PAPER THIN, you can hear the guests in the other room showering, the sound of people walking above your room as well as the loud noises of hotel guests. Overall it was a gerrible experience and i woulsnt recommened it unless you have no other options.

When I showed up at 1 AM, they stated I didn't have a reservation, despite the fact that I had called the day before at 5pm to let them know I was checking in late. At 5pm they had my reservation, but at 1AM they said they didn't. VERY disappointing and no where to stay

Broke into 5 cars that night alone
We had parked under the roof thinking it would be safer and they broke into 5 cars that night! They did not help at all and said there were no cameras for our safety so it is our responsibility. Cops said this happens a lot in this hotel and they think it is an inside job because it only happens when nice cars are there. Corvette Porsche Bmw got hit that night. only the staff new the cars were there. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT SAFE

Bare bones but a good, clean value.
The value outweighs any minor inconvenience or lack of amenities. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was a tad lumpy and the towels were small. There was a comfortable recliner, a table and desk chair, large drawers, an open closet and an updated kitchen area. Complimentary dishes, utensils, coffee maker and hair dryer are available at the front desk. The grab and go breakfast was a convenient choice if you’re in a hurry.
