Beautiful home in excellent location
Hot tub heaven was fabulous - lots of room for my family - everyone had their own cute, clean, well-appointed room and bathroom which was amazing. We walked to the Gulch in 5 mins to Broadway in about 20 mins. The host was helpful and responsive about any questions and making sure we were set. Check in and out was easy. Loved the decor, cleanliness and amenities of this home- definitely one of the best places we've ever booked !

21st Birthday celebration
Amazing trip to Nashville at this wonderful property. Beautiful home fully equipped with everything you could need. Impeccably clean and the staff is very helpful and responsive to any questions. Location was perfect- just a quick Uber ride to downtown. Loved the rooftop views in the evening and more than enough room for our family of 6. Will definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway to Nashville
We really enjoyed the Stay Minty property! The kitchen was fantastic and allowed us to hire a private chef to come in and cook a 5 course meal for my wife’s 40th Birthday. The rooms were all perfect, the beds comfortable and the hot tub was perfect. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks and Stay Minty!

Auburn bowl game resemption
We came here with our four kids and two of their significant others for the Auburn bowl game. The game was a massive letdown but the place was awesome! It is a great location with tons of space. The kitchen was fully stocked and huge. Street parking was super easy and the hot tub was great! We will definitely stay here again.

We have an excellent stay at "Rooftop Hottub". Location was within walking distance of everything. Listing was very accurate and condo was perfect for our stay with plenty of room and a great outdoor area on the rooftop! Can't wait to return!

Great rental for a large group
We loved the location! This rental is great for large groups, tons of space and bathrooms. We loved the hot tub on the roof. Check in was easy and communication with the property mangers was awesome.

Great Nashville Getaway
This property was perfect for our group! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was well maintained and very clean. And the location to Broadway was a quick Uber drive.

Great Location & Spacious
Pros: We had a birthday and anniversary, and the property manager put up a balloon arch and left a card which was very thoughtful. The location is great, just a short inexpensive Uber ride to anywhere you want to go. Unit is spacious and provided privacy for guests. The living room couch and kitchen area were great for our group, especially since we had colder weather and didn't utilize the rooftop. Most of the beds were comfortable except for the upper king. Lots of coffee was provided in the kitchen. Cons: Everything Kevin C commented on his Oct 2023 stay. Also, the walls are thin, and neighbors can be easily heard at night. The unit could use more towels, especially if you are using the hot tub. The only spices provided are salt and pepper. There are no condiments in the refrigerator or supplies like tin foil, saran wrap, pens, paper, or scissors for guest use. Tips: The property provides a starter kit of items. If staying for more than a few days, you will need dishwasher & laundry tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property manager did reach out regarding our concerns. We also, left an item in the unit, and they returned it to us.

Great location
We had a group of 8 and it was a good property for us. Walkable to the gulch and a 7 min drive to downtown. There are a lot of stairs and the main living area is on the second floor. Unit was well equipped. There were only 3 issues - 1.floors and rug in living room were dirty. The bottom of everyone’s socks were filthy after walking around. 2. King bed on 3rd floor is horrible. Hard as a rock and the metal bed frame squeaks every time you move. Luckily, we had an extra bedroom. 3. Wi-Fi/internet was a bit slow.

Spacious and modern
Great stay! Home was clean and in a good location. The home was also stocked with all kitchen utensils and appliances. There was nothing we needed to go get which is so nice when your on vacation. We loved the rooftop deck with hot tub and chairs. Also it’s Walkable to the gulch, and other areas less than 15 minutes— otherwise we just took scooters and Ubers. So fun! Thanks for a great stay!

We held our fantasy football draft here and had a blast. Hosts are very responsive and the place is ran by professionals. I would suggest this location to any large group of people visiting Nashville. Probably not the best for families but great for what it’s advertised for!

Great place! Minty!
Totally a 5 star place. Very clean, smelled great, mostly seamless. Close to downtown. Hot tub, video game, wireless and fireplace all great. Reasonably well-appointed kitchen in terms of utensils and cookware.... and LOTS of extra cabinet space... nice kerig unit with coffee included... salt, pepper and oil... Would have given it above 4.5 stars... it just wasn't perfect. I only have two complaints... 1, the dishwasher and didn't work and it seemed obvious it didn't work when we got there. They did send a maintenance guy to look at it who concluded that the board was toast and there was nothing he could do... when we left it was still not working. Also the hood above the stove didn't work. minor problem as the room is so big and the floor to ceiling windows slide open (amazing). 2nd problem .... me, I'm a boomer. I was never able to get someone on the phone to talk. Whether it was the dishwasher not working or some problems we had initially with booking it was all email or text... Problems were responded to and addressed.. but not as simply and as quickly as they could have been with a phone call. Would I go back? Hell yeah, call me Minty! Can I give them 5 full stars..... not quite yet.

Not homey, but convenient
It is pretty obvious that no one has ever actually lived in this home. There is barely anything in the cupboards, nothing but the very basic kitchen supplies, and -- strangely -- no hooks anywhere in any bathroom for towels. That said, the house is a good "home base" for exploring Nashville, since it's a short Uber ride from everywhere. Be aware, walking from here to most places is not recommended, since you have to go through some sketchy areas. The house is on a weird dead-end so you'll likely think you're in the wrong place upon first arriving. Also -- Stay Minty is serious when they say they only provide the bare minimum of essentials. There was not one box of tissues in the house and minimal paper towels and TP. Finally, the management is run through some kind of corporate entity with a local representative. Response times to questions/concerns were pretty slow as a result. But they did respond.

50th Birthday Bash
The property was amazing - it exceeded our expectations! It has 5 bedrooms- 4 baths! When we arrived there was a nice welcoming balloons and a congratulations arch - which was so cute! The property was pretty clean- we only had one issue with the bedding and they responded right away and fixed the problem within minutes! I would recommend this property and I would gladly stay here again. We walked to the Gulch - 5min walk and we walked to downtown one time prob a 20min walk - we enjoyed it.

The house is beautiful. Was offered an early check-in if needed but when we got into town and reached out to property we never heard back until 3 hours later after regular check in time. Upon arrival the garbage outside was over flowing and remained that way the whole time we were there and 2 of the beds had dirty sheets that we had to wash before using the bed. one of the codes we were given did not work but there was a gentleman that was already there helping people in next unit so he quickly changed our code.

Overall very satisfied. Few wish list changes or requests for future. More towels for house available regardless of on site laundry. Rooms NEED better blinds to block out light. Organizing company for house needs better portal platform. Not the most user friendly with cell phone. Not responsive on portal chat, but very good with text. All 4 units in building had same door code so confusing and opportunity other guests accessing your unit. All requests that we made, some amenities covered but some were not like requests for cooler on site. Location was great and house fit our needs very well overall.

Friends trip
We are a group of friends that travel together every year, this year we chose Nashville. We like to stay together in a house instead of hotel rooms. This property is very nice and spacious. Only a 6-10 minute Uber ride to Broadway, also easy to get to if you want to walk or rent a scooter. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom so you had your own space to get ready. The open kitchen and living room made it convenient to hangout together. The rooftop deck was a great place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Would definitely stay here again.

House was great, good location, clean, close to Broadway. Snowed 6 inches while we were here so took Uber but could have walked. Only suggestion: Kitchen is not well equipped. Wanted to make breakfast no cooking sheet, no large skillet and a 1 cup Kurig coffee maker.... A few items for the kitchen would make this the perfect house.....

House was well equipped. The property has a lot of levels which is great for different families. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof deck even though it was super cold. Like the description of the property stated about the area being under construction they started work at 700am. Overall we loved our stay

Great house
This place was perfect for my bachelorette party. It comfortably slept 12 girls and plenty of living room and kitchen space to have everyone together. The rooftop with hot tub was a bonus. Location was walking distance to the gulch and a short Uber to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again!
