Some distance from the Music Center & Broadway

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Quiet.
Cons: Price.
Location: A lot. Country music bars; Grand Ole Opry, etc.
The hotel was nice. It was expensive because of the convention going on. It's not walking distance from the main drag (Broadway & 2nd), but it's a quiet place.

Just Okay

Posted Jul 25, 2014
Fairly nice, however there was loud construction. Large stain on carpet. Also, a room service tray sat outside of the room next to us 24 hours without being picked up.

Need a snack machine. Cost way to much and paying to park. Trying to get every dime out of you. Place is ok in a pinch.

Nice Hotel

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Nice Hotel. They were doing some remodeling during our visit so it was a bit loud in the morning. The hotel staff was very nice. The appetizers, drinks & complementary breakfast on the club level were great!

Gorgeous hotel. Awful room service.

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Old menus in the room so we had to wait 20 minutes to get an updated one. Ordered but the meal didn't have all items mentioned. Also took 45 minutes and very expensive. Not worth it!

Downtown hotel with a good view of the city!

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Going up the viewing deck was romantic at night. They're still renovating it, but still it was a good place to view the entire city. The room was immaculately clean, and huge. I'm impressed. =)

Great Trip

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in the area
Lobby area was very light and airy feeling. The room was spacious and plenty of electrical outlets located in convenient places for charging all electronic devices. Very pretty view of the night skyline

Check in and parking issues.

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Beautiful view from our room.
Cons: See above comments.
Location: Great location, convenience to all downtown sites.
Husband walks with a cane. Unable to access valet parking, too crowded in front of building. Parking garage was hard to access from hotel. Disappointed in this supposed luxury hotel. There also were broken lamps in the room, elevators did not seem adequate for the number of guests.
