Lovely accommodation
The condo was very comfortable. The balcony was very nice, comfortable furniture, nice location. The only negative was that I had called twice to assure that we would be given a closer location to the main ,front desk , building. We were put towards the back of the area in building 17. We had some medical conditions that made it difficult. Our Ubers were kind enough to drive to building 17.

Had a great time! We had a lovely two bedroom condo. Some things need to be updated in the condo- loose electrical outlets, toilet running, outdated furnishings. Good location for picking up shuttle for downtown and some Grand Ole Opry.

Well, let’s start with communication with the manager, which was pathetic. About a month before our trip, we requested an extension by one day. We didn’t receive an answer until two weeks later, which was also one day after we could have gotten a full refund…coincidence? I think not. This is a timeshare…they will try to deny it, but that’s what it is. They offered us shuttle passes and $100 gift card if we sat through a 90-minute presentation. The 90 minutes turned into 2 1/2 hrs of them asking personal financial questions and trying to pressure us into buying into the timeshare. Granted, we could have said no to the presentation. Most VRBO places have some condiments (salt, pepper, at the very least). There was nothing here. This place (room) is in desperate need of renovation. Both bathrooms had a hodgepodge of plumbing fixtures…chrome, brushed nickel, and gold. Both bathrooms also have a lot of water damage that has been covered up with caulk. Also, the tub and shower both need bleach, the floors were black. I don’t think they’ve been scrubbed in a long time. They have two bathrooms, both only had a partial roll of toilet paper and only one extra roll in the spare bathroom. We were able to get more from the front desk, but why wasn’t there more in the room to begin with. The walls and ceiling are very thin. You can hear everyone outside the windows and everyone above you. I can’t say I would stay there again, but I also can’t say it was absolutely terrible.

We booked this for a family trip, We DID not want or need a timeshare. The staff would not leave us alone. I was required to have a deposit which I fully understand but it has been three weeks and remains. I will never use a Wyndham hotel or resort again too much required high pressure for something I had paid in full for in advance to enjoy time with my family and friend

Guys trip
Check in was ok, until after they wanted us to stay for the presentation. Told them we wasn't interested.We just finished the 12hrs drive.They kepted going on and on. We walked away and started heading to our condo. Very nice relaxing place. We had a great time!

Great place except for sales pitch.
When checking in, I was shocked to realize that almost an hour of my time would be taken by a sales pitch for Wyndham property. All I wanted to do was check in, had no clue about the rest. Very disappointed with that. The condo was great and amenities were appreciated. Too bad it was ruined by deceptive sales pitches.

Lovely
Lovely grounds. Easy to get your daily walk/run in. Close enough to downtown. Cooters down the road and a bar/grill behind that had awesome music. It was also the pickup point for the Reneck Comedy Bus Tour....well worth it. Very clean, roomy. Appreciated the well appointed kitchen. Had everything we needed and more. We would stay there again. Owner, Mike, very easy to work with.

We were all very happy with our stay, the only negative we could find was that the hot water was not hot enough and not hot for a long period time. The pool and hot tub were amazing, the beds super comfy and the amenities very convenient; the shuttle that went to and from Broadway was awesome. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Nashville.

The Property is undergoing some construction at the moment and some walkways are impassable. To get to the main building with the indoor pools and activities, You would have to either walk on the unlit streets for zig-zag through the other buildings. Other than that it was lovely.

Great condo close to everything
Nice two bedroom two bathroom condo. Everything was renovated. We were there did a week long dance competition that was at the Opryland. It was only a 2 minute drive there. Pools were nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Perfect!
I’ve stayed at this resort before and we loved it so much we came back! It’s perfect for 4 people! 2 bed and 2 baths is amazing! Have a kitchen is fantastic! We will definitely be back and staying here again!
