Disappointed

Posted Feb 26, 2015
Pros: The water slides
Cons: Staff attitudes & Cleanliness
Location: Not much
I am not one to complain, but there are several reasons we would never return. Firstly, the weather was very windy and cool and for this reason we were not able to use the beach. We didn't mind paying a little extra for the experience of "Atlantis" but the staff were not friendly and very rude.

Atlantis

The water park is awesome, that is where it begins and ends for Atlantis. Mediocre food, employees that don't care, took 1 hours and 20 minutes to get checked in, at 7 pm!!! Rooms are a glorified Hotel 6 in quality and Ritz Carlton/Four Seasons in price. Will never go back.

Pros: ótima estrutura e pessoal muito disposto a ajudar.
Location: Perfeito
Tudo muito bom, mas não recomendo ir no período de inverno, pois a temperatura não é agradável para praia e piscina.

Really nice

Posted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: ultra friendly staff super nice bed and linens
Cons: need a better map bc this place is huge
Location: location very central to all Paradise Island activities. Water park onsite. a short hop in a cab over the bridge into Nassau and local eateries.
The best part of the experience is the friendliness of the entire staff. Room was more than adequate, terrace was very tiny but it was nice to be able to open the large sliding glass doors. Many activities and amenities onsite.

Not What Promised

Posted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: Plenty of things to do and places to eat on premises, but very expensive for everything. You are captured.
Cons: Offer more reasonably priced dining.
We had booked a king size bed on a higher floor with harbor view. When we arrived at 3pm (check in time), we were offered queen or double beds on lower floor. No king was available, nor were higher than 5th floor. An appeal to a supervisor got a king size bed on an undisclosed floor but we would have to wait until 7pm to learn where. Many others seem to be checking in without any problems. All worked out with a king bed on 12th floor with harbor view, however, one should not have to fight for the room you have booked. Maybe the hotel does not like Expedia customers?
