Location is good, staff good, place is a little tired but this is the case for many hotels in area, no one speaks English, again not going to change so just be aware google translate, if não fala portugues. Uber has it confused with another hotel which is a problem, as taxi always goes to the other hotel, I may use again but was a little pricey in the area for what I received. This is definitely the area for foreign tourists, do not go near the center of city.

Atendimento excelente, limpeza 10 , só deixou um pouco a desejar a estrutura, pois o prédio é antigo e está precisando de uma boa reforma, mas não tem mofo.. No nosso quarto, a maçaneta do banheiro saiu na nossa mão , a chave da porta quase quebrou, pois estava com problemas, aí tinha que achar um jeito pra fechar, café da manhã de razoável para bom, sem multa opções.

Foi muito boa, atendimento, receptividade, cordialidade, limpeza, contudo acredito que que pra tornar excelente necessita de serviço de cozinha ou convêniencia, além da necessidade de um cardápio mais variado no café da manhã. Mesmo assim, caso fosse em natal novamente hospedaria lá novamente com toda certeza! Alem de possuir excelente vista pro Moro do Careca e ótima localização na praia de ponta Negra!

o flat é.muito limpo e organizado, tudo novinho, além de muito espaçoso. Porem, a acustica do predio é muito ruim, entao se vc quiser dormir um pouco mais tarde, provalvelmente, nao vai conseguir e ouvirá toda a movimentacao do apartamento vizinho.
