Dear Dong,We have massive and small rooms for each budget. The room you booked was our standart room with basic amenities. We had alternative rooms that we wish you have choosen instead of the room you stayed. Our hotel has a parking place for our customers for 6 to 7 vehicles and also there are another parking lot belong to our hotel just a 50 metres far from hotel as we notified you. It's sorry to hear that you had this experience compared to our other guests. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, we will certainly grateful your feedback.Stay SafeBest Regards
