Check in took forever. Something was wrong with their system and I had to swipe my card about 15 times which made me uneasy, even though I showed the receptionist it had come out of my acct already. Other than that the room was very nice and clean. Area was quiet. Some of the shower functions did not work. But I would overall recommend and stay here again.

Nice rooms and a nice staff. Not the best area of Texas, but an oasis of comfort and class in an otherwise kind of seedy part of town.

The hotel was amazing, king size room was a great layout, spacious. The menu was great but also has many available restaurants with great moods around the hotel. A great getaway from the city to relax.

The hotel was great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice with big comfy beds and lots of pillows. The shower was awesome! My only complaint, is, and it is of no fault of the hotel or its staff, is all the road construction in the area.. that cannot be helped.. it’s a constant thing in the Houston area. Don’t let the road construction deter you from staying in such a nice hotel.

I dropped something and when i got it from under bath sink counter it was dusty and dirty so I know it had not been cleaned under the sink and sink was partially stopped up.

Rated eco friendly because air conditioner not turned on until we got to room taking 2 hrs to cool off. Front desk staff problems checking in. Took forever, no one happy with them. Got our room, 15 min later in comes another family who they also assigned room to. Got locked in ice/laundry room. After about 10 minutes a maid heard me knocking on door and walls. Address on website and email takes you to another Best Western about 10 miles away. Yes we did that first. Had to enter name of hotel on GPS to get there. Hotel has some nice features but you expect better service and management from this level. Stayed somewhere else the next night.

We went for a baseball tournament so I understand the hotel was busier than normal. When we first arrived check in was fine. I did have to wait because someone was in front of me. We got to our room which was on the first floor and started checking beds. One bed was fine but the other had a orange/red stain on the comforter. We just took it off the bed and slept under sheet. Then we noticed the cloth chair was covered in red stains. The room was extremely hot and humid but was able to adjust the temperature. We were too tired to make a fuss that evening. The next morning we noticed little bugs all over the floor. We decided to cancel our reservation for the following night and find a new hotel. Since Orbitz makes it difficult to cancel and refund, we informed the manager of the issues in our room & showed him pics. He was very kind and apologetic and told us we could switch rooms but had to wait for one to be cleaned. We did have to leave for a baseball game so when we came back we went to the front desk to find two of the receptionist checking in one person. I was getting irritated at how long it was taking so I went to our current room and my husband stayed to handle. I came back after 15-20 minutes and he still had no answer of what room we were being switched too. It appears the receptionists are not decision makers and couldn’t decide where to move us. Finally had the manager come over to decide for them and moved us to the 4th floor. No stains or bugs in the new room.

We apologize for your inconvenience. We received too many last minute reservations as the other hotels were sold out. Eventually we also got sold out. We had to bring in temporary help to clean so many rooms in a short time and it seems like the room you were checked in didn't get inspected and that is why we offered you 2-room suite at no additional cost. Your feedback is very important to us and we are taking internal actions to address this.

The staff wasn't paying attention. Ghey wrote '312' for my room...turns out it was room '212' that they gave me. I had to go back to the front desk for linens for the pull-out sofa and had to wait 30 min. for them to check in a guest in front of me.

Got there a 3pm no staff at counter. Waited 30 min still no one showed up. Lucky a guy working on repairs showed up and called the boss. He helped me to check in. Got in my room at 415pm. A 1:15hr check in time is a TOTAL JOKE. Oh and they still made me pay the full price.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have already taken actions and fired the front desk agent that went missing. We went through the surveillance cameras and as per that the front desk agent went missing at 2:35 PM, you walked in at 2:37 PM and the maintenance guy came to help you at 2:41 PM. The check-in was finished by 2:52 pm.

The property was right off the highway so it was convenient. The rooms were spacious and fairly new. My check in was disappointing as it took about 30 min for 1 girl to do a check in and when I had already informed her and showed documentation for my ESA and swiped my card for incidentals she began arguing with GM/Owner not sure what he was that she QUIT in the middle of my check in. The first room I was given smelled like Urine and they switched me, but I took about a whole 1hr from check in to get settled into my room.

On top of that we delayed your check-in trying to switch you to the first floor. We try not to have animals on the upper floors so that we don't get complaints from the guests that are allergic to pets.Once again, apologies from my side. Really drunk guy was running around from midnight to 4am and they didn't do anything about it until he pulled the fire alarm. The fire alarm went off from about 4:00am to 4:30am. They didn't offer any discount or refund

Our apologies for the incident that happened at the hotel. It was the new years' eve and lot of people were drunk. Our staff didn't know about this guy till it was too late. He caused us lot of damage and we wish we had a way to prevent this from happening.Once again, our sincere apologies for this incident that caused inconvenience to lot of guests.

Staff was super friendly & helpful. Facility was clean and had a nice clean smell. unhappy with lack of HOT water for shower, barely “warm”. 7:45 am room 407. Privacy violated as we returned to our room, we had hung the “privacy please” on the door handle and our room had been entered, Bed was made, trash taken & fresh towels. Very disturbing! Nothing was taken and our items were untouched. The shower cap that was provided I used and was planning to use again but it had been removed?! Frustrating

We offered cleaning in your room and we left everything clean and fresh. Most of the guests request it, everything was done perfectly, just a very small detail that was not leaving another Shower Cup that was your frustration, We apologize again.
