We found our bathroom smelled a little mildewy when we arrived and the floor very sticky - I’m guessing a new mop head was needed. But the room and bathroom were clean, nonetheless. It was a little noisy in the hall during the evening, but by 11 p.m. it had quieted. We both slept very well which is unusual for us the first night in a motel. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again.

Only thing had an issue with was pool heater broken had kids expecting to get on the water and couldn’t one of main reasons we picked this hotel . All else great service everyone nice and everything comfortable and clean

The property or hotel has nothing to do with my response. Clearly I should’ve booked this room directly through IGH as I have been a holiday inn member for over 30 years. I paid a much higher rate through you. Lesson learned! Next time book directly with the hotel. You have lost my budinrss!

The room and lobby areas were exceptionally clean! The complimentary breakfast area was well stocked, and the woman in charge of keeping it clean and stocked was very pleasant. We will definitely stay there again when we’re back in the area.

Just a nice place - highly suggest this place
Room was clean, hotel was in good repair and nicely decorated for the holidays. Stayed w the grandkids and they loved the pool. Large 3 ft area was good for the toddlers. Breakfast staff (Nicole) went all out to make sure the kids felt at home. Good value for the price but great feeling for the family

First, the good - they let us check in early; the pillows were incredibly comfortable; they had a lot of channels available on the tv and a list of all the stations. Now, the bad. When we walked in, I immediately was hit with a musty/mildewy smell by the bathroom but couldn’t smell it anywhere else, so I convinced myself I was imagining it. However, my sinuses were irritated the whole time we were there. Then, we tried to use the refrigerator. It was unplugged so we had to pull it out and plug it in. It was super dusty and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while. After we plugged it in, we discovered it didn’t work. We also learned the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty. Thank goodness we had backups. The final straw was the day of checkout. I went to run a final errand and told my daughter I would be back by the noon checkout time. She called me at 11:30 and said management had come to the room and said she had to leave in the next 10-15 minutes so they could clean. She then had to sit in the lobby until I got there.

Hotel is old, not great condition. I’ve machine broken on our floor. Tv wasn’t working right. Laundry was a joke. DO NOT book here for laundry availability. Someone had the key the entire time we were there. Breakfast was okay but never restocked.

Hotel looked better online in the pictures. It was kinda of dirty but people were helpful and friendly. I had to change the sheets in the bed because of a stain. My daughter’s room had a bug and hair in the bath tub.

Nice place to visit
Its in a quiet location. The front of the building needs to be power washed. Inside was clean and comfortable. Wifi came in handy to take a class on-line before going to a concert. I would visit again when my travels bring me to Hershey.

Good and convenient hotel for quick stays such as a 2 day trip to Hersheypark which is only half an hour away. The pool was nice and very clean, breakfast was amazing.

Offered a payment through Apple Pay, but still had to use a credit card for deposit. The room was very clean….and quiet until about 11pm at night when 2 huge families came off the elevator screaming and laughing, walk by us up a couple times. But the worst was breakfast. Eggs were watery, there was food all over the floor, including milk and cereal that wasn’t cleaned up, and they were out of everything by 9am. Some machines out of order, and we ended up leaving in disgust.
