Stayed here because we thought it would be easy to get to the subway. It was 6 blocks away and the walk was through an area that didn’t feel safe after dark. (We walked through during the day and it was okay. Maybe I’m just silly.). There were only 5 parking spaces and they were hard to get to. Room was so small we couldn’t open suitcases unless we put them on the bed. We booked 3 nights but only stayed one.

This was the worst experience I have had at an hotel. We had to change rooms three times due dirt and filth. Finally after the third room change and the nasty attitude of the front desk staff, we ended up checking out early. When you check in there is a sign that says "No Partying Allowed". Which means they no this is an issue. However when we called about the late night partying and weed smoke filling the halls, we were met with hostility and a snotty attitude. Not the place for a family trip.

Person at the front desk wasn’t there had to wait a while. There was cigarette burns all over the blanket when I came up in the room.

The room was clean and nice but the staff wasn’t very helpful. Forgot one of our pillows(very important to us) and called within 5 minutes of leaving to ask the staff to put it aside for us, they claimed it was never left in the room although this pillow is completely different than any of the one they provide in their rooms. Hung up on us twice when we called asking to come pick it up. Not very happy.

Room with 2 double beds was extemely small, plus toilet had issues that we had to use the staff toilet in the basement.

Very loud all day and night. The only available curtains were see-through, which didn't help when several police cars stopped on the street in the middle of the night. The room was clean and comfortable.

Check in (@2:30am after long day of airport delays) was quick and friendly.
Seeing previous persons receipt still in the room and seeing how much less they paid per night then I did - not cool.
