This hotel is doing the most to be trendy, but the FOH staff is EXCELLENT. Every time I approached the front desk, they acted like I was their only guest and went above and beyond to make my stay as easy as possible.
My room was clean, but there was leftover takeout from the guest before me left in the fridge (which I don't think was working?) and the sticker seals on all the complimentary shampoos, etc. were all broken when I checked in, which doesn't make me feel...great.

My only real complaint is that when I checked in. They took my "card" for incidentals at a specific amount, which is fine. They said we wouldn't get charged anything if we didn't use the bar, movies, etc. So, when our group checked out. They charged us a lot of $$ for some "Expedia Charge"??? WHAT?? It's not what was told to our group or agreed upon. It’s totally wrong.

The staff are amazing ! Anthony, Kevin and David from the Front desk , the housekeepers , the night auditor , the bellmen, doormen, security all super fantastic.
Great location, easy walk to Broadway, Times Square , train station, shopping and loads of cool places in and around that area .

The traffic from the street is load. There were garbage trucks collecting garbage on the street at 2am. There were people on the street making noise. There were people on my floor making noise. i called security twice and they didn't stop them. I didn't get any sleep that night. I was planning to stay 2 nights but i checked out after 1 night. also 2 of the 3 elevators weren't working.

Room was not ready until over an hour after Check in time. Poorly lit room/bathroom. Non working refrigerator. Broken luggage rack. Definitely not the most friendly or accommodating staff but the location is great. Overall guest experience was only okay.

Convenient hotel overall and staff was very nice. Rooms were decent size for NYC hotels, but had a faint smell of ammonia that was ehh. Always also smelled a little musty and elevator broke down at one point. I would certainly stay here again, as those little things were minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things, but were still present.

This is a hidden gem close to Broadway, Central Park and the Metropolitan Opera. From the moment we checked in and we’re greeted with a complimentary Prosecco glass to bellman going out in the rain and securing us a cab we felt special. Thank you all who work there including the rooftop bar tender and the room maids who all are so friendly.

Great location! Super close walking distance to many main downtown attractions and lots of great restaurants nearby. The windows are not noise cancelling and outside noise is rather loud at night, would recommend brining ear plugs for light sleepers.

A tiny room with the two required beds filled the place up. Pretty little space for our belongings.
The bathroom is OK. The shower was good. However the design of the bathroom sink with a bit foolish with sloping sides so things wouldn’t stay on the shelf.
All in all it was probably OK for the price but I wouldn’t look forward to going back.

Great price in a pricey neighborhood. Stellar service including an early check-in so we make a 4pm wedding, baggage storage on check-out, and great brunch recommendations. Small stylish room has all the basics and a super comfy mattress -including unlimited free bottles of water. Very quiet, in a fabulous neighborhood. The old building is just gorgeous and has been modernized inside, including the massive circular fish-tank. Two Fun bars onsite!

This property was in a nice location nearby Central Park and other attractions and good for a short stay. However my sink did not drain properly which was extremely annoying even just for a quick one night stay. The desk lamp non stopped flickered making it unusable. Furnishings are a bit outdated but again ok place for a one night stay.

The room is not clean, and very noisy at night because the hotel is by the main road.

Great location for most of the activities we chose and a train stop almost out the door if you wanted to venture further. The staff was incredibly accommodating. The room was small but I expected that so was not disappointed. For the price, I don’t think I could have had a better hotel.
