Not on time to open the door for breakfast. And for me, the breakfast time is kinda late, especially for early people who want to maximize their time in the city. Too much extra unnecessary fees.

The hotel was good. However, the bed should be lower to transfer from a wheelchair in accessibility rooms, the shower bench was not cleaned, and pillows were not good.

We liked being near Time Square without the noise. We enjoyed the FREE breakfast every morning and found the staff to be incredibly welcoming. Overall, a very nice stay. We would definitely book there again.

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of May, 2024. The hotel is situated just 5-10 minutes walk from the Times Square, and has everything one can wish for within a walking distance. Rooms are very clean and in excellent condition. The hotel staff is friendly and is there to help. The only two things that prevent me from giving this property 5 stars are: 1. Elevators are not adequate for the size of the property. There are 3 elevators and they often do not handle the guest traffic very well. There were often big lineups of people waiting to use the elevator. At one point we waited for 30 minutes. 2. The buffet breakfast area is not big enough - the earlier you take your breakfast - the better, but still it may be hard to find a table and the pathways are very crowded with people moving in opposite directions as different kinds of food are located on opposite sides of the breakfast area. Despite that we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at the same hotel again.

Close to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and attentive. Love the amenities, breakfast and nightly receptions. We definitely will stay here again.

Loved the property location and well-appointed clean room. Check-in/check-out was quick and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the free breakfast was nothing to rave about and the drinks in the Heist lounge are weak and expensive.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Breakfast was disappointing, being served the same thing every day and the breakfast area way too small for the hotel capacity. Nice room and staff, elevators again not coping with the amount of guests but overall nice hotel

Staff was very friendly, easy check in process. Breakfast was included. They also had happy hour from 5 to 6, which was nice. Very walkable to Times Square fifth Avenue and so much more! Would highly recommend staying here!

I liked the happy hour everyday since they provided some small snacks and drinks for us to relax and chat with family. I also liked that the provided $30 every night for us to order food. The food was actually pretty good! However, it wasn’t communicated when we booked the hotel on Expedia and I wish we were told about it ahead of time. I also liked the breakfast but finding a seat in the morning was a pain. The shower in the room we stayed in had a weaker water pressure and the water was not going in on the first day. We reported this to the maintenance and they fixed it when we’re back. Appreciate it!

This is a great hotel for a stay in New York. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is so great you can skip lunch during the day. The localization is outstanding, 10 min walk from the Subway and 15 min from Times Square. Definitely recommend it

The bed was very comfortable. My daughter slept on the couch instead of the pullout, she said it was comfy. The view of Empire Stare Building was worth the extra cost. The breakfast was good, a lot of choices and frequently stocked in the earlier hours. After 8:30 am, it gets very busy. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. There were lots of restaurants right within a block, subway few blocks away, busy area just outside of Times Square. It felt safe to walk around. I would stay there again.

Front desk staff were wonderful. Bar at the lobby is not very good the first two days server had an attitude. The last two were ok for the overpriced drinks. Breakfast ok kind of crowded. Evening reception was horrible. No tonic for 3 days in a row. Come on Hilton get it together!
