Hotel in New York City.

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: The hotel was close to everything that we needed for the night. They had valet service which was expensive but worth it. Breakfast was available.
Cons: Air conditioning and shower head.
Location: We were at the Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca on Ave. of the Americas in NYC. Many restaurants, shopping, and art galleries.
We spent one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca in New York City. The room was small but clean. The air conditioning was hard to regulate. It was either too cold or not cold enough. I was not able to adjust the shower head since it was too high for me to reach.

Nice hotel close to everything

Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Check air conditioning as it had a mind of it's own....when off still seemed to be working!!!
Location: Close to subway. Good shopping nearby and good restaurants in LIttle Italy.
Convenient hotel close to subway, Little Italy and good shops. John was very friendly helpful and courteous... A great asset to the Garden Inn.

Great place to stay in NYC!

Posted Sep 5, 2014
We stayed here for about a week. Reasons why its good: Great location! The A, C, and E lines are available from literally in front of the hotel. Plus, near China town and Soho. Safe. They say NYC is the safest city in the US now, but still, there is a police station near by and there is plenty of presence to make you feel safe Clean. The rooms are clean with all the needed amenities (fridge and microwave too). Only minor issue was at times we would get back to our room at 3pm to rest and the cleaning staff was just getting around to cleaning our room. Comfortable. The beds come with the ability to adjust firmness so you can customize to your needs. I recommend the "Tribeca view," it was great to be able to see a bit of NYC at night and when it was raining.

Pros: The bed was comfy and the room was fairly spacious. Decent view of the city from our room. The gym was small but clean and convenient.
Location: Lots to do nearby, 911 memorial/ Battery Park.
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! They held our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out. Very nice!

Great Location

Great location but room was very small. Coffee maker didn't work. Bathroom was clean and nice. We also got the worst window view of Manahatten, the AC unit.

Wonderful beds and pillows. Great night sleep

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Free wifi, coffee machine in the room, fridge. Water and coffee available in the lobby. The daytime staff, specially the males, were very nice.
Cons: The parking fare of $55 every time you take the vehicle out is excessive. No in and out privileges
Location: Close to Canal street metro station and walking distance to chinatown and little italy.
We got great fares for the weekend. But the hotel is very pricey weekdays. Daytime staff very approachable and give good suggestions about best way to go to 911 memorial and other cites close by.
