The hotel is close to Central Park, MoMA, Times square, etc. The hotel room was quiet enough despite its location and the view from my 47th floor was great.
My room was not very clean on the first day as the hotel rooms were all sold out but housekeeping service from the second day was impeccable.
The shower booth was spacious and the water was soft and warm without any sudden temperature change.
The best part of this hotel is the two queen size beds in a bedroom -a rare choice in Manhattan!

Perfect hotel stay for a small family. The living room worked out well with young kids. Great central location where we were able to walk to everything. Also quick valet service where as other hotels we have stayed at can take 45 min to retrieve your vehicle. We never waited more then 10 minutes to get ours. We visit NYC multiple times a year and will stay here again in the future.

Check in was clumsy and they did not have the crib ready for us like I had asked. They also gave us a room with a queen bed when I booked a king. Would stay again as the hotel is nice and location good, but details like this are what differentiate 4 star from 5 star. Service and attention to detail is much better at the St. Regis.

I loved this property and location. Close to subways, shows, central location. We did get a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor. I did ask for a early check in and had to pay $200 for
that , I wasn’t told that my Credit Card would be charged 2 times . They said the extra $200 charge would drop off. We. Check in on Thursday and still was on hold on Monday. No big deal, just would have been nice to know in advance. The only downfall for me was the cost of in hotel dining was extremely expensive, which I understand.
