On Expedia your web page says Restaurant and Bar that is on of the resort but there was NO bar or restaurant so we had to go outside the hotel Not Happy about this

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Ice machine was in enclosed room, so no obnoxious noises. Parking nightmare. I arrived during event at Prudential Center. Front desk should have given written parking directions. It took many wrong turns before I finally parked my car. Would have given 5 stars if parking communication was better. Would definitely stay here again now that I know how to park.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. They have a security guard at the door which is also good. The hotel is good, the neighborhood is not a place you want to walk around and explore at all. The hotel only serves breakfast, there is no dinner, no bar, no beer sold in the little lobby emergency food shop. So it’s a good safe place to stay if you have to work downtown. But it’s no fun at all

Stayed one night for my sons graduation ceremony at Prudential center. The parking was easy and the location was perfect. The hotel was decent, clean and looked like the room was newly remodeled. The front desk staff were nice and the lady at the breakfast counter was wonderful. I do have two issues. 1. I called housekeeping soon after we checked in, about 6/6:30 an requested another set of towels ( we were 3 and there was only a two sets) and two additional pillows. I got voice-mail and left a message, but no one called back or brought the pillows or towels. 2. I thought the mattress was very soft and seemed uneven. I felt like I kept rolling into the middle. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Location was good close to airport it just lacked room service after 3 night requesting it be cleaned and additional towels we had to track down maids for service even with that it still was the service manger did not show up for work and front desk said ok we take if it and never did
