Room and bathroom was not cleaned, elevator worked going up but you could not use it going down. Had to take stairs. Looks like they started to remodel but the 1 floor smelled like animal urine.

The first room they gave me wreaked of cat urine. The second room also had an odor…I went to Walmart and bought freeze. The floor was sticky. The carpeting in the hallway was sopping wet (I pray it was water from the ice machine and not cat pee) the tub was sketchy in the dirt dept… I hope it was just stained

Some of the furniture and counter space were scuffed and worn down and the shower was leaking. As well as discoloration around the drain. Toilet was difficult to flush. The sheets and bedding despite being clean had clear wear and tear. Beds were a medium firmness that I found comfortable. Everything was conveniently placed in the room so it was accessible. Check out was a bit easier than usual because I just had to drop off the keys and go. Parking was great, and when I had to do a late check in they were very accommodating and the price was excellent for someone working on a modest budget

Room was very clean and nice. The reception room smelt like weed. Elevator broke had to take the stairs. Not a problem except stairwell not well kept up. Not a bad place. People nice.

It was fine for what we needed, which was just a room, I just didn't like how the black out curtains didn't cover the whole window. I stayed in the room with the big hot tub which was nice but I felt like it was so easy for someone to look in. I mean the bath was literally in the middle of the room, it made me feel uncomfortable with nothing to cover the window that well.

The comforters were dirty and had to be changed. I paid for a King room and got 2 queens. I had to be moved from my original room bc it did not have a refridgerator and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. Addressed this with the manage and he showed not a care at all and was like sorry.

Our original room had a giant puddle of water in it, think it was from the AC. Was given another room that somebody was already in, surprised we didn’t get shot checking it. Third room wasn’t ready, finally got a room that was moldy and very smelly. I think a contraction company had rented several rooms and they was a bunch of them hanging out in the parking lot at night drinking etc….never again.

We arrived around10pm and went to counter to check in. Had to use phone to call for someone to come to the front desk by pushing zero and waiting. I gave clek our name and that we had a reservation for 1 room two queen beds and he said did not have available. I asked him what was to point of a reservation if they do not reserve the room. He said he would make it work and did give us a room with 2 queen beds. There was only 1 set of small towels for 2 people and when we went down in the morning for breakfast they only had coffee. I asked the front desk about it and they said hotel had just been purchased and the breakfast area was going to be remodeled next week so everything had been taken out. Overall was ok for a 1 night stay when traveling but would not stay longer. Maybe new owners will upgrade it.

Although conveniently located, it was all very outdated and didn't feel clean. Was told they accidentally booked me in handicapped room (which they didn't have nor did I need). They rebooked me into a deluxe room with a jacuzzi (no extra.charge). They were extremely accommodating and very attrntive when we needed anything.
