You've got to be kidding me!Posted May 17, 2015
Believe it our not our room did not have a door knob on the bathroom door! But it gets better. There was no working light in the bathroom. There was a light over the sink but we had to shower in the dark and the shower curtain was coming out of the wall. But, other than that, it wasn't all bad. The staff was very pleasant and polite, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was nothing special but adequate and it was a quiet room but I was stunned that they would rent out a room that was obviously not ready for guests. Maybe we're picky but I don't see us going back for a second try. Live and learn.

I tried to cancel or change the stay date. Hotel owner would not allow! When asked if i could change date to a month later, hotel owner said that his hotel would probably be full! I will never use his place again.

A real gem.Posted Feb 17, 2015 on Hotels.com
This hotel is in very good condition appears to be recently renovated. Breakfast was excellent, all items you could hope for. scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled eggs, cereals, bagels, breads, fruit, coffee and juices. The only negative is the highway construction which makes it a challenge to get in and out of the driveway. Will definitely stay again.

A solid standard hotelPosted Jan 7, 2015
I've stayed here a few times, but never more then one night at a time. But every time the rooms have been clean and beds been comfortable. Sometimes the shower head looks a little cruddy, and sometimes the drain is kind of slow, but other that no horror story to report.

Cozy hotel!Posted Oct 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was so cozy and comfortable. We instantly felt relaxed. The only downfall was the room smelled like pickles. Random. And the showerhead was rusty. Everything else was great. The staff was very friendly!

Never again!Posted Sep 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Part of the reason I booked this was the advertised $10/night pet fee. Imagine my surprise upon arrival when I was informed it was $25/night pet fee because my dog was over 25 lbs. When I told front desk staff about the incorrect advertising on hotels.com (no mention of price per weight), they acknowledged it was a mistake and it "needed to be fixed, but I would still have to pay $50 in cash" since I booked two nights. They only accepted the pet fee in cash for some reason. When I went in the hallway, I was disgusted by the mold on the ceiling tile next to the elevator. Then, the next morning, the breakfast was so bad, I just foregoed it and bought it elsewhere. The worst part was when I went to check out, they told me I still owed $50 on my bill. When I asked why, they blamed it on hotels.com not paying them in full. I reminded them I paid $200 to hotels.com in addition to $50 cash for the pet fee, so if they did not get all $200 from hotels.com, that was their problem, not mine! I will never stay here again. The cleaning staff was nice and the beds were comfortable, but that's about all the nice things I have to say about this hotel.
