A very cosy, tidy and spacious room for a solo surf trip. The location is perfect, really easy to spot, less than 5 mins walk to the train station, bus station, town centre, beaches, surf schools, different restaurants and pubs. The hosts are very friendly. They prepared packed breakfast for me because I surfed in the mornings. The facilities are all there in the room. The stay was very good value. I will definitely book it again.

Older property arranged on 3 floors with no lift so, perhaps, not suitable if you have mobility issues. Property kept in immaculate condition with comfortably en-suite room. Hosts very friendly & helpful. Located close to sea front, Supermarket, Railway station & places to eat out. Good quality, well cooked breakfast. Limited parking available at side of property on request before arriving. Stayed to attend a wedding & we were very happy with our choice. Good value.

Great hosts and lovely b&b
We had a lovely weekend stay. Roz and Keith were brilliant hosts, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice from. Room was bright and very clean, not huge but perfect for us. The b&b is in an ideal spot close to everything. Highly recommend

Just brilliant !!
Stayed for three nights for an event at the nearby Victoria Hotel. Everything was just fine. The owners obviously enjoy what they do, and nothing was too much trouble. We had room 5 on the top floor, and the stairs were rather hard work after a few hours dancing!! The room was clean and comfortable, with the shower room rather on the small side. An excellent shower though. Breakfast was brilliant, with Keith producing perfect fried eggs time after time. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

Loved this property! Couldn't recommend it enough. The attention to details made this place stand out. Our fan was replaced with a bigger one when we started using it which came in handy when the nights became really hot. The breakfast could have different variations of a traditional full English (e.g could have eggs and toast by itself) and included cereal options too. Our orders were remembered perfectly and this was shown the next day after requesting more orange juice. The owners were very friendly, ensuring that our stay was comfortable, exchanged pleasantries and looked after our suitcases when we had trouble booking into another hotel (due to a travel issue.) Definitely recommend as it made our long stay amazing! Wouldn't call this a negative but do beaware that the shower is a bit difficult to use as a plus-size person. There isn't a huge gap to get in and out of but it's manageable for us. Bar that, everything else was great!

The Invernook is located in the middle of Newquay where the beaches, harbour and ammenities are a short walk away. It was clean and welcoming. Our bedroom had everything we needed, including a fridge. We received a warm welcome and it was a lovely place to stay. Breakfast was delicious and filling.

Lovely hosts. Breakfast was standard. Excellent location as you could walk to all the beaches in Newquay. Also, maximum of an hour’s drive to all the best scenic locations in Cornwall. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous and relaxing at the Invernook
Staying at the Invernook is wonderful, as always. The hotel is spotlessly clean and Keith & Ros are simply lovely people and are just the perfect hosts. Brilliant breakfast and the location is excellent. Already looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend booking the Invernook.

Lovely B&B in centre of town
We had a great stay at Invernook. The B&B is in a great location centre of town making it easy to walk to the beaches, shops and bars/restaurants. Ros and Keith are great hosts, super friendly and make a great breakfast! We couldn’t have felt more welcome. Highly recommended.

Ros and Keith made us so welcome from the start, told me which were the best places to visit in the Newquay area. Rooms were very clean, towels changed every other day and tea/coffee restocked every day in room. Very accommodating at breakfast just a friendly atmosphere. Great central location, would definitely stay here again.

Nice location good service
Invernook is just a few minutes walk from the beaches, train station and supermarkets. They made efforts to make the place covid secure. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. They made every effort to make our stay comfortable. Good value for money.

Incredible Invernook

Excellent value. A clean, bright, fresh room, great breakfast and helpful hosts. Location is handy for local facilities and transport - Newquay is quite big and I was glad I’d picked somewhere central. I’d certainly stay at the Invernook again.

Wonderful stay @ Invernook
Keith & Ros are really genuine, lovely and friendly. They make the stay extra special and Keith’s breakfast are simply brilliant. They are both fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Honestly, you will not be disappointed staying here. Location is absolutely amazing as it’s right in the heart of Newquay centre. Highly recommended. 5 stars without a doubt.
