“Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist super. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt”

“Il était convenu que la sœur du propriétaire nous accueille. Personne à notre arrivée. 2h plus tard nous réussissons à joindre le propriétaire en Asie via Whatsapp. Nous récupérons le code de la boîte à clef. Heureusement qu’à 20h un 15 août, le pizzaiolo était ouvert car vu l’état de la vaisselle nous n’aurions pas pu dîner. Le logement n’est absolument pas entretenu ! Liste non exhaustive : - vaisselle en nombre insuffisant - instruments de cuisine gras au possible - rideau de douche jaune……

“The house was as advertised, so what you see is what you get. Until we arrived the communication was fine and the owners were waiting for us. On arrival a quick tour of the house and garden and where the brochures were. All ok so far. Then we were told that there was no WiFi available, as there was a big problem in the area with the provider. A shame but that was not really a problem, even if you consider that you phone reception isn't good either. After being in the house a little we noticed……

“Clean, big house. We were there with 2 families. A great multi level garden with toys for the kids (inside and outside). Great patio to hang out with table and chairs. Garden is a very very big plus point. What would make the garden complete are a few movable lounge chairs. The host and property manager were very quick in responding to all our request. What we missed were clear instructions inside on a piece of paper where to stow glass, cardboard, etc. A ‘welcome ordner’ quick……

“Compte tenu de la durée de notre séjour, nous n’avons pas profité du jacuzzi extérieur mais il avait l’air très agréable.”

“Das Objekt ist beeindruckend aufgrund seiner Bauweise und Lage. Die Modernisierung des Gebäudes ist gelungen und die Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zu verbessern wären aus unserer Sicht noch die Beheizung und die Ausstattung mit genügend Küchenutensilien, zum Beispiel große Töpfe. Auch ein TV gehört unserer Meinung nach zu einer Standardausstattung. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und können das Haus trotz kleinerer Mankos, die sicherlich im Laufe der Zeit noch behoben werden, 100%……

“Property is situated in a great area and not too far a drive to the airfield. There is many things to do in the area with metz a close drive. The property was very clean with a great layout which suited our gtoup of adults a young kids. The pool was a blessing with having kids with us. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for letting us stay there.”

“Accueil très chaleureux. Gîte très confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. Il y a même un garage pour stationner un véhicule. Calme assuré dans la campagne meusienne. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour.”

“FIrst of all, Jennifer is a great host -- doesn't speak much English, but goes out of her way to try. We couldn't figure out how to use the heaters, so she came right over to show us. It was nice to meet her that way; she was truly helpful. The listing on Vrbo is 100% accurate, so there are shortcomings, but no surprises at all. Place is well laid-out for a family. That being said, Pannes is the middle of nowhere; all the commerce is in Pont-A-Moussons, about 15 km from the house. Good luck……

“Der Eigentümer und die Verwalterin vor Ort sind sehr nett. Das Haus ist grundsätzlich gut eingerichtet. Es liegt aber leider direkt hinter einem Bauernhof und einem offen Kuh- und Schafstall. Dadurch stinkt es fast durchweg im Garten, auf der Terrasse und im Haus sehr stark! Wenn sich der Wind dreht, hat es stark nach Schwein gestunken, da auf der anderen Straßenseite ein Schweinestall ist. Durch die angrenzenden offenen Stallungen waren überall (vor allem im Haus) sehr viele Fliegen; vor allem……
