The property manager Mohammad was the best part of our stay. He was kind, empathetic and he went above and beyond to improve our experience. The first room was infested with mold and reeked of it. The entry door did not stay shut. When I asked for a refund so I could stay somewhere else, the owner took my room keys back and refused to give me a refund. The initial paperwork I signed stated that you have 30 minutes to ask for refund… I was back within five minutes! He was not accommodating at all and laughed at me when I told him about the condition of the first room. Next, he told Mohammad to show me two other rooms. One was acceptable. The sheets had holes in them, the bathroom was dirty. There was hair from another guest on the floor and in the shower/tub. There was trash and. The floor at the head of the bed! There was no microwave or refrigerator. No pictures on the walls, it was terrible.
Mohammed offered to bring me a refrigerator and a microwave and I accepted on the second day of the day. As far as I’m concerned, Mohamad gets five stars, but the rest of the place was a total dump. Not even worthy of one star.
