Beautiful new hotel with a sleek, modern design - but still comfortable. They seem to have thought of everything in the room and the included breakfast was definitely a cut above. The only thing I noticed were a couple of slightly loose fixtures in the bathroom - very minor! We will definitely stay here again. It’s probably the best place we’ve stayed in the Lowell area - and we’ve tried several!

The hotel was pristine. The only criticism was that the room was very warm and it took hours for it to cool down. I would have appreciated a window that at least cracks open in the bedroom area.

No swimming pool available
Pool was closed in early 2023 when visited this hotel due to repair. On 02Feb2024, the pool is still closed for repair. Hotels.com needs to inform its customers about this hotel and provide correct information.

Great location! The breakfast food and staff are fabulous!! Had an issue with housekeeping but the desk staff handled it wonderfully and efficiently. Would definitely stay here again next trip!

Nothing outstanding about the hotel. Clean and comfortable, but not over the top. The chair in the room was not nice, no arms at all - looked and felt like a leftover from a sectional that was on clearance.

Do not stay here, cannot mange their billing!
The hotel was very nice and the front staff was very kind, however, after I checked out, there was a surprise $400 charge on my credit card that nobody could tell me what it was for nor can I get it refunded. Please do not go to this hotel unless you have an extra $400 to burn & no one in management can affectively return your calls or messages.

Immaculate, spacious, comfortable. Pillow top mattress! Our only gripe is that they advertise a restaurant and there isn't one. After a long day and a tiring drive, we were very ready to dine in the hotel. But it was impossible. Very very nice breakfast buffet, with a counter for made-to-order dishes. But no restaurant after breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Element. Nice, clean hotel with an excellent breakfast (though it goes quickly… many items are not available towards the last hour of the offered breakfast time)… and even made to order options!! The staff was kind and willing to help- stayed there for five days and wish we would have requested more housekeeping services as the towels really piled up… but that was our own fault!! Great stay, would 100% stay here again… literally the only frustration i had was that there were no shelves in the shower.

The staff was rude. Never said hi upon arrival any of the days. When asked for toilet paper they did not bring and when called they said to go downstairs and get it ourselves. Asked the clean the room they never came to clean. It was a complete disaster. Unprofessional and very uneducated staff. Please please train the staff at least for the basic customer service skills ans how to greet.

Wonderful hotel. We had a double suite with a pull out sofa. We enjoyed the layout of the room, different from others we have stayed at. The hotel and room were extremely clean and we had a good breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.
