Lake view All Girls' Get-Away
6 frinds stayed at this lively place and enjoyed the dpectacular view, firepit and night sky and nearby wineries and restaurant (Skunk and Goat). Everyroom room was lovely and there are many. Well equipped with everything we needed for the perfect get-away. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay
My husband, me and my siblings needed a place to stay near Erie PA that would accommodate all of us. This place was great. Very tranquil, and a great place to unwind after a busy day. Property owner was very accessible and helpful.

Great Northeast PA location
We stayed with our extended family at this wonderful place not too far from Erie, PA. We needed a place for Turkey Day celebrations to have the whole family come over and eat. I must say this place accommodated everybody. There was enough space that you didn't feel cramped. Enough things for the kids to do, and a very active pool table tournament. The host was great. He even helped my wife/daughter get back in after we left because they left their earrings on the one sink. Place was wonderful and if you need a larger place to share with multiple out of town families you can't go wrong.

Relaxing and beautiful property
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. The location is beautiful and proximity to restaurants and shops in North East is perfect. The house itself is great for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out and do your own thing. The pool table and other games and recreational items were nice to have on hand. Having two kitchens and refrigerators was really helpful. The sitting room upstairs facing the lake was lovely. Ample towels and linens provided. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with.

Perfect space for a family getaway
This home was all it said it was and more. We were a family of 12, (grandparents, 3 siblings and their families) and every subfamily was able to have their own space and their own bathroom. This was so nice to retreat to our own spaces when needed. Otherwise the common areas were well utilized. Family breakfasts and dinners in the large kitchen, games in the sunroom living room and watching sunday football in the main family room. It was so nice to have a common area where we could gather while others played pool and we could play winner. The location and the views made this home perfect. We loved walking down to the water and also staying on the porch soaking in the views, many meals were enjoyed outside.The sunroom was my favorite room. On the cloudy and rainy days it was nice to sit inside the warm and watch the water. Tim provided anything we could need. All sorts of outside games and inside games, wagons, pool towels, baby items. The kitchen had all cookware. My family was able to just enjoy spending time with eachother after a couple years apart and that meant the world to me. This place is perfect and I whole heartedly recommend.

We had our 11th annual girls trip here and it was perfect! It’s not easy to find a place with enough beds and bathrooms for 6 women, but this place was the best we’ve found in the area. Very clean and well stocked, plus right on the lake, it was PERFECT! We hope to be back in the future!

Loved this house!
This was a wonderful house for our family to celebrate my aunt's 80th birthday. We loved the extra kitchen, and found everything we needed for all of our celebrations. We really enjoyed all the different spaces, including the reading nook upstairs. While the weather didn't cooperate as well as we would have liked, the photographers in the group were just tickled to get two beautiful groups of sunset pictures over Lake Erie. This is the first time I've rented a house where the reality exceeded the pictures. I hope we'll be back soon!

The house was exactly as described - beautifully equipped with every amenity that might be needed, nicely decorated - every room/bed was clean and comfortable. Great for large families. Tim and Riley were amazing hosts, very quick to respond. The area is fairly quiet, but close enough to Erie, Presque Isle, and Niagara that we found plenty to do.

Incredible views and a beautiful property!
There were a total of 12 adults off and on throughout our stay and 4 children plus 2 dogs! The home was very accommodating! The location is great and within 5-30 minutes of everything we needed for food and entertainment! The biggest complaint was that the walls aren't very soundproof, so it was hard for so many families to find a quiet spot for the little ones naps or bedtimes (we are a noisy bunch). Other than that, we were all quite happy! The beds were very comfortable and the house was neat and clean! There were so many things in the garage for us to use during our stay so that was a huge plus! I would highly recommend staying here!

Family getaway
The property is beautiful, in a peaceful neighborhood and close to Presque Isle. Tim is the best host you could ask for. He even called us, while out of the country, to make sure we had a contact number for someone if we needed anything while we were there.

The best of lake front Lake Erie
Our favorite place outside of the NC high mountains. We come for a week on the lake as often a possible and it is really difficult to beat this place for true lake front.

A Fabulous Place to Stay
This place really makes you feel so comfortable the moment you pull into the driveway! It is the cleanest place we have ever booked!! The kitchen is fully stocked and the view is spectacular..there is plenty of room here. The yard is great for outside games, the fire pit is fantastic and it is truly an exceptional place to stay!!!

Description was perfect and spot on. This is our 2nd year here and we had the whole house. We enjoyed the sun room and back porch the most! Fanatastic views and sunsets. Located 5-10 minutes from tons of wineries. About 25 min to presque isle and the zoo. Lots of options!

It’s a nice big house. Much bigger than we needed but I wa hoping both of my son with their families would come but we only had one. Excellent recommendations from the Owner. One thing I would have liked to have is a couple flyswatters. There were lots of house flies. Excellent communication from the Owner also. There were lots of amenities and tools available.

Beautiful, fun lake house!
My family and I stayed here for our summer trip to Erie, the house is very clean and welcoming! Lots of stuff for the kids to do and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the lake outside!

The BEST vacation ever!
The house has everything you need including the views! We loved this house because there was so much room to be apart (with separate household members) and to be a family, so it was not overwhelming. The owners really thought of EVERYTHING for adults, children, infants and fur babies! Our family is already talking about our next trip to this location. Close enough to go explore, but also content being at the house with spending minimal money! The host was super communicative, 5 stars from me!

Meets all expectations!
In the past 9 years I’ve been using Vrbo and have always been disappointed. This will not disappoint! Usually the pictures are 20 years old when the rentals were new and the don’t upgrade them. I have had ants and rickety steps down to the beach etc….. Tim is great and the home is immaculate! There is NOTHING wrong! You won’t go wrong renting this home! It books fast!!!

Best Host I've Ever Had
Tim was an absolute fantastic host. He responded promptly to all of my questions, was very accommodating, anticipated potential concerns, and I got the sense that he genuinely cared about not just our stay, but us as a group as well. I've been renting houses at least 2x per year for the past 6 years, and I've never had a host like Tim. On top of that, the house was great! So much to do inside and outside, and more is being added/upgraded. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

This was the first time we tried a family vacation and this house couldn't have been more perfect. We had a cornhole tournament in the side yard overlooking the lake . Fire pit almost every night to watch the unbelievable sunsets.. The house was clean and well stocked. Kitchen table was big enough for 10 of us to sit around and play card and board games.Glass of wine on the deck at night and coffee in the mornings on the front porch.--so peaceful and quiet. Very private neighborhood. Tim was the best! He knows the area and offered wonderful suggestions and has great plans to make this house even better. We highly recommend this house and Tim!

Location Location
We have had previous Lake Erie rentals but this is, by far, the best. Tim was great as property manager. This house is well stocked, clean, and plenty of space for the entire family. But the location and proximity to the lake, the ease of walking to the lake from the yard to fish, search for glass and relax by the water, and the view from the back yard OMG. Did I mention the view…. We all had a great time and plan on returning. Thank you Tim for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful time. Tim was super accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions. The views of the lake are outstanding from either deck. The sunsets did not disappoint either. This house is set up beautifully for my retired parents and teen kids. However, young kids would have a good time as well. The kitchen has everything you would need! There are movies, games (indoor and outdoor) several TVs, books, etc…. Also a reading viewing area with a great view of the lake! We will be returning for years to come!

Wonderful family getaway
We rented this property with the intent of coming back to Erie and visiting family who are still in town. This house was perfect! It was well equipped for my elderly father with bathrooms and bedrooms on the first floor, and a deck with easy access off the living room. The house was clean and tidy and very welcoming for guests. It had everything we needed! Stocked kitchen, beach towels, even indoor and outdoor games/activities! Tim was the most responsive property manager I have dealt with on VRBO and clearly demonstrated that customer service and hospitality is his priority. We had great views of the sunsets, a nice yard to entertain family members for a small BBQ and plenty of living space. The location provides close access to Main Street in North East with restaurants, a market and other shops, and the ride to Erie from the house is very easy. I can't say enough good things about our experience! Thank you, Tim!

The best
This was our fifth year our family stayed in Northeast and the second year in a row at this property. We love it there so much the place is clean, spacious with plenty of parking. We have lots of extended family in Erie that likes to come over so it's accommodating for family gatherings. My two little girls love being able to go to the beach and look for sea glass. We love having fires every night and it's just a comfortable place to stay. Tom, the property manager is also very helpful.

Fabulous place to stay
We have been to this location in North East PA several times so this is our ideal location. The house was situated perfectly within 5 min of several beaches, tons of wineries and places to eat. Easy access to grocery shopping and 30 min from Presquel Isle. The house was wonderful. Very clean and had everything you would need. The ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work so we purchased some trays for the next group! The house does have a view of the lake but sadly it's really blocked by a lot of brush and trees. Would be nice to utilize the full potential of being lakeside by having some sort of outdoor space that capitalizes on the view. The firepit, while nice, is off to the side of the house with no view of the lake. Maybe a deck or cut all the brush so you can actually sit outside and watch the water with morning coffee or evening wine. The deck to access the side of the house is very small and can only comfortably fit 2 people and you cant see the water from it. To view the sunset you had to sneak over to the duplexes side (yes the house is a duplex so you get one side and a neighbor lives in the other) just so you could see it. Our young kids couldn't see the sunset at all with all the brush. There isn't any direct access from the house but the shared community dirt path down to the lake is right beside it. Didn't have any trouble going up or down. Thought it was really nice to have and we walked down daily. Kids loved being right by the water and being allowed to bring our small dogs along was wonderful. The neighbors were very nice and extremely helpful so the fact that its a duplex doesnt really impact anything. Its just not really stated in the listing. We found out from the reviews. We had some friends visit us since the house can accomodate a lot of people. We took the queen upstairs and our kids slept in the kids room upstairs and had the living space upstairs to play which was really nice. We brought a Dvd player so they could watch movie at night upstairs on the tv while the adults hung out downstairs. There was a ton of space and lots of bathrooms. Overall it was a great place and we already booked for next year!

Thank your for such a great review! The property manager lease is up at the end of August and from then on there will not be additional occupants! That apartment will become available as part of the larger home when additional space is needed for large parties. The brush certainly did restrict the view without me realizing it and will be improved. The dirt path is 10+ft wide and generally groomed down to the beach. The upside is there aren't many lakefront homes that even have beach anymore and generally require lengthy steps down. Thanks again for your stay and we look forward to having you again next year with the additional amenities!

Great place to stay
The house was the perfect size for us (5 adults + 5 kids). Everything was clean and comfortable. The showerheads were fantastic. Easy access to the beach and within short driving distance to several other beach areas and wineries.

Gorgeous Views and lots of rooms!
We had a wonderful stay with my husband and I, my mother in law, our four kids/teens, and our two dogs. The view of the lake was perfect and the sunsets were amazing. There was space for all of us and it didn't feel cramped. The house was clean and well taken care of. The communication was great and all questions were answered quickly. Everyone had a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home~Great Views~Perfect Location
This house was absolutely beautiful with amazing views and exceptional space. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay accommodated. He answered all of our questions quickly. We were there for our friends annual weekend away and had groceries delivered so we could enjoy more of the weekend. At first we were worried because it is a neighborhood, that we would be too loud at the fire pit along the side of the house. We realized quickly that it was a silly thing to think about; with the water, the wind and location, our loud mouths didn’t carry too far past the porch. The neighbors were all very nice and gave us tons of info of the area. The house is a duplex -(the caretaker of the home & his family live on the other side) He was such a nice guy who gave us a bunch of recommendations on food & helped us with the garbage & the propane tank. But other than that we did not see or hear him and he said he could not hear us. There’s a large garage in between the large home and his apartment. I do feel like that should be in the description. Even though the walk to the water is a little further than in the description we went down twice and enjoyed the view. It’s a hike down a steep unfinished gravel driveway to the water with large boulders at the bottom to maneuver. That was literally my only disappointment as we thought by the pics and description it was closer than it actually was. We would love to come back again. (Especially if there was a hot tub; wink wink) Tim was a great host and made us feel very welcomed! Thank you!

The property manager will be moving out at the end of August opening up the apartment for larger parties. It will not be rented out separately to other guests. Perfect weekend getaway
This was a perfect house for our family to gather for a birthday weekend. There were 15 of us total and we filled every bed and or sofa bed. Which by the way two of the sofa beds were brand new. The property was easy to find and the view of the lake was spectacular. Tim the host couldn't have been more accommodating. Would definitely go back if had the need to be in the area.
