The pool was closed. I specially booked this hotel to use the pool. Once I booked the hotel, I received a follow message that unfortunately the pool is closed. I left the hotel.

This hotel had roaches in the hallway, not water bugs/cockroaches but roaches. There was a ladybug in my bed. The walls were visibly dusty, I’ve never seen anything like it. The walls were paper thin. I could hear everything happening in the hallway, next door and OUTSIDE. It didn’t feel clean or sanitary. The plugs were loose and the lamp would not stay plugged in. The mattress was springy. The mirror attached to the bathroom door had hopefully ketchup squirted on it. It wasn’t cleaned. The only positives were it’s super close to the mall/eateries, the sheet smelt like bleach, and the breakfast was good. Will not again and do not recommend.

After a long drive from New Orleans it was super nice to have a friendly young lady (Rochelle) at the desk assisting us. Mr Mohamed ? Connected my reservations so I did not have to change room, very nice.

Vast majority of the parking closest to the entrance besides hanicapped parking (understandable), was Best Western "rewards" parking. So your other paying customers are less relevant?

Big change from stay here just 3 days ago. Last stay was great. This time pretty much was opposite. Front desk said I didn't have a reservation & would have to pay for another room. 15 minutes later reservation found. Room this time (806) had uncomfortable bed - really needs to be replaced. Coffee machine broken.

Mr. Charles is rude and condescending. There were roaches in my room and the towel rack was loose. The plugs were also loose so I couldn’t plug my charger. The fridge was not working properly.
