Great hotel - has everything

Comfortable business hotel close to metro . Rooms are well appointed for a business traveller. Would use again.

Nice hotel close to Midway, shopping & sightseeing

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was connected by underground walkway to shopping and Midway. Exterior looked old but interior was very nice & clean. Parking garage in need of repairs.

Great hotel after flight.

We were in our room 15 minutes after collecting luggage. The hotel room was great and the staff were friendly and efficient. We got a great rate. We'll be back.

Disappointing

Pros: Though the man working the front desk in the late evening/early morning was extremely rude, the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The ac and the smell.
The ac was extremely loud. At about 1 am I finally called down to the front desk to ask if there was something they could do about the loud clanking noise it was making. The front deskman actually said "Oh my God.ugh." I hung up and just turn off the unit and ended up tossing and turning all night because it was unbearable hot in the room. The bathroom and a very strong mildew/sewage oder that would waft in and out. Overall, my stay was unpleasant.

Convenient to Metro and airport

Nice hotel and great staff. Latter anticipate your needs and are readily available to help. Great location. Can catch Metro without having to deal with rain or heat/humidity. Great for business travelers.

Decent hotel close to metro
