When i called to tell them we would be arriving late they said they couldn't find the reservation....funny...on Tuesday when i spoke to a woman at the hotel to see if there was another room available she told me they were overbooked but she saw my reservation.

The only issue that I had is that the deposit for incidentals take way to long! I made a reservation on Jan 28th and it’s now February 3rd and it still hasn’t hit my account! You must correct this! 😡

Aiesha checked us in and made us feel welcomed from the minute we walked through the door. She was courteous, friendly, funny and professional. Our room was comfortable and the location was convenient to whatever you needed ie.. restaurant's, shopping etc.

Poor customer service and breakfast
We have stayed at this property last 3 years on our trip down to FL. I was unfortunately disappointed this year due to the following reasons 1) hotel reception saw me grab a luggage cart and chose to leave her desk for 10 mins or so for check in. She told us room wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. Ok but no offer or suggestion what to do with luggage on cart. When asked said we could leave in hallway. Our laptops are there and finally said oh we can put in office. Then when room was ready didn’t give us Wi-Fi password. Told us breakfast at 7 am and we had to remind her of our luggage. She was very disinterested in her job I guess. 2) we wanted to leave early due to weather conditions. We went down at 7 and with several other guests waited 20 mins for eggs and sausages. Another 10 minutes for coffee. Another 10 for waffle machine and oatmeal which wasn’t cooked and no fruit. 3) went to desk no receptionist with sign left desk leave key on desk. I was pretty disappointed will not return next year

The hotel was lovely. The only one issue is a previous guest had left a used washcloth on the shower rod that was missed and probably covered up by the curtain. The rest of the room was spotless. It was quiet, easy, and peaceful. Everything you want in a hotel stay.

At check-in for our 4 night stay, we were asked whether we wanted housekeeping services. We said yes and front desk made a note. But, no service received for 2 days. We were able to get towels and replacement coffee from the front desk. On the 3rd day, we saw a housekeeper on our hallway. She said our room was not on her schedule to clean. Thankfully, she added our room and cleaned it. Breakfast: No famous sweet rolls or oatmeal on day 1. Coffee available 30 minutes after opening. Outside temp was 37 degrees at night. Room temp was 71 with system off. Had to cool room to sleep. Must be well insulated building.

Bathroom was filthy to the point my wife did not feel comfortable taking a shower, Hotel did not provide wash clothes and toliet paper. When trying to contact the front desk multiple times no one would answer the phone.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast was included. If you are a late riser, there is an IHOP near by.
