Very cheap on everything. Needs a total renovation. Smoking and the smell all through the place. Towels felt like sandpaper on skin. Frost build up in fridge wouldn't allow it to freeze water. I would stay clear of this place.

The unit was left open to the public, anyone could walk in. Dirty shower with hair all over Towel bar, door hook and toilet paper holder all broken. Just needed to sleep so we put up with problems but never again.

I would only stay here if cleanliness doesn't matter to you at ALL. I'm not even that picky about hotels, but this place is so horribly unsanitary that I got a sinus infection from staying there only ONE night!!! We booked two nights, but we could not bear to stay a 2nd night, so even without the promise of a refund, we found another hotel to stay in. Staircase/hallways have huge dark stains all over the carpet. Rooms have grimy/sticky/squishy carpet! BOTH of our bed's linens had numerous large yellow stains on them! We asked the front desk for new linens, and they gave some to us, but those had stains as well! There was mold in the ice maker too! Oh, and the first room I was put in completely REEKED of urine!! I had to ask for a second room immediately!

Worst hotel during my 12 day road trip around Michigan. Dirty room, traces of pizza on a bed cover; sticky stains on a table, dirty bathroom, stained mirrors. All together it felt like a blind person cleaned the room. Also they didn't have my reservation at the check in, only after calling a manager.

The hotel lady when we checked in was super rude. The beds in the hotel are super hard and feel like you are sleeping on springs. The pillows are super cheap and flat. The blankets look and feel like curtains. The room wasn’t very clean. Overall it wasn’t the worst I’ve seen but I definitely wouldn’t ever stay here again.

The rooms are absolutely vile. We had to request a room change due to there being poop on the toilet, an incredible amount of filth peeking out from under the beds which contained fingernail clippings. After being moved to another room, I went to the local drug store and brought back sanitizing supplies and cleaned the room myself. We did not use any of their linens or touch more than we had to.

Very friendly but really old
The bathrooms were not clean and the beds were old old box springs and flat pillows. Had to use 5 to get comfort. The people were super friendly. It wasnt bad if you are on a budget. Very basic. No bedbugs which is a plus! Their shampoo and soap is very very cheap but will do in an emergency. I didnt expect much since we only paid 85.00 a night.

I rented this place to go to the beach and bring our dog. On a holiday weekend. Memorial day Absolutely filthy! Dog hair all over beds and pillows. Mattresses full of cigarette burns . Filthy bathroom When I asked for clean sheets they had none. They tried to bring me over wet sheets … and then finally came through. This place was horrible. I left with a night still paid for. My girlfriend and her boys were disgusted and i was mortified. There is no excuse for this filthiness

This hotel was one of the dirtiest I have been in. Staff was very unfriendly, we had multiple problems even getting key cards to work. None of the vending or ice machines worked. The room was very dirty and area was patrolled frequently by police. Photo of remote below gives a great idea of how clean the room was.

The check in process was a little wonky, the first card we were given didn’t work in our assigned room then we were told to switch rooms. Overall felt like the room wasn’t very clean, there were dead bugs on the air conditioning unit and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Staff was very friendly!

When I arrived the first thing that hit me was the smell. It smelled like a cross between a veterinary clinic and the smoker’s lounge I remember from high school. A dour, unwelcoming woman at the front desk asked me if I had a cat, which gave me pause (I did not). I should have been suspicious about the reasonable price, but the photo of the building looked good (not so good upon arrival) and the name gives you the impression that it is a national chain. I figured how bad could it be? Pretty bad! The only bright spots were checking out with a friendly young man on the front desk in the morning and the place was quiet.
