A quiet and relaxing place to stay, although I think the property in general needs updating in many areas. The best part of this hotel is the pool and gardens. Good location for bars and restaurants. Take note there is no bar as stated and there was some noisy work being done in the next room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great! Food was very good. Overall nice place for a short break. 👎The relentless insects all over in my room were unbearable. The shower 🚿 head not working properly. There were dirty plates left in the corridor from the day we arrived to the day we left. Cleanliness could be improved.

I would NOT stay here again, not impressed
Breakfast wasn’t very good, definitely made us skip other meals at the resort. Not enough sun chairs for the very few guests staying here. Staff was nice, but under trained. Our power stop in our room in the middle of the night, I called the front desk multiple times, no answer. After our room was so hot I couldn’t sleep, I went and looked all over for a staff member or security guard. I shouted at the front desk, “hello, is anyone here?” No answer, so I knocked on the office door no answer. I opened the office door, I saw someone sleeping on the floor so, but all my noise didn’t wake them. I said “hello.” Still nothing. I knocked with the door open, nothing. Finally I knocked and said “hello” loudly. The gentleman finally woke up. I quickly realized as two people darted out of the room, both the desk staff and security were asleep on the job. I wouldn’t mind if they were asleep, but they did not answer the phone or respond to someone in the lobby. I have worked plenty of night shifts and this seems unsafe and unacceptable. What if something really serious was happening? They were willing to help figure out a solution (once they realized the power wasn’t and easy fix they moved us rooms) and were kind. I don’t blame the staff, as it seemed to be a training issue.

Excellent position, awesome huge clean pool, right on the beach. Good restaurant and breakfast..very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were adequate, but bathrooms small a d in need of refurbishment. Good price for this property..Overall, i would recommend BRR &SPA..

Great hotel for the value
The very best thing about the hotel is the pool! It's huge with a ledge that one can rest on and look out to the ocean. The pool staff did a great job of keeping the pool spotless. The staff was very friendly. We had some issues with the air conditioner in our room but a repair technician came right away and fixed it up each time. The restaurant is adequate. Good selection of buffet items that changed a bit each day. Restaurant staff doesn't speak very much English so sometimes brought challenges but extremely friendly. The stretch of beach is exactly as shown in the picture on the website. Water sports are right there at the beach so very convenient. This part of the Bali coastline is not very good for swimming. There is a lot of seaweed and a lot of boat traffic with the water sports. However the pool more than makes up for that. Would recommend this hotel & definitely stay here again.

Terrible customer service, don’t stay here.
It took about an hr for me to check in because this hotel completely missed my booking (which was booked and paid for months ago). The front desk manager (Joni) made up numerous excuses but wasn’t able to apologize or explain what happened....he even went into hiding in the office, awful customer service. I was then checked into a room with drainage problems and with flies roaming the room/bathroom. Eventually, upon further request I was transferred to another room. Overall, hotel is a little run down, lacked maintenance and run by somebody that’s poorly trained......I would not recommend anybody to stay here so think twice before booking. Def pay a bit more for other options around the area.

I liked the Hotel. Loved the breakfast. Staff were GREAT! Everyone is always willing to help you. The only thing I didn’t like was they allow smoking in the Restaurant wich that ruined my breakfast twice :( If you looking for a night live this is not your place. I stayed 5 days and then I moved to Kuta beach, honestly I liked better there because of the variety of places to eat, shopping and things to do. Of course, it’ll be busy and noisy. Next time I’ll stay more time in Kuta, then I’ll move to Nusa Dua to relax a couple days.

Was great to have a facility with full amenities for my final days in Bali. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was nice to have the breakfast buffet on site.

Located in Tanjung Benoa (rather than Nusa Dua), close to water sport activities, restourants and bar (not as busy as Kuta). Need own transport if need more than that. Staff are very freindly and heplful. Room is big with very basic furnitures, but with waterview and spectacular sunrise. Nice and comfortable bed. Big swimming pool and "private" beach. Breakfast is basic (free), but dinner menu is nice, love the banana fried. Nice and relaxing massage.

Hospitality at its best!
The Service by all the staff was simply awesome. The hotel is perfectly located along the beach. I enjoyed the breakfast which included local Asian cuisine. Its good to travel and taste the local food. The room was also comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. Great value for money. Only thing is the prices of the Spa were different from what is shown on the website. Great WIFI.

Average Hotel, nothing special other than the massive pool... You can't swim in the beach and there is not much around. Food and beverage are quite overpriced...

terrible breakfast and food
The food was terrible. no quality and poor hygiene as there were flies sitting on the cut fruit platters etc. My room air conditioner started leaking and it took almost an hour for it to get fixed, not to mention the mess made in my room. I didn't even bother upgrading since overall experience was shocking. Would not recommend or return.

Nice hotel & great price for location on the beach
Some friendly staff, some absent when trying to get a drink from the bar which only sells 2 beers and a few soft drinks. Not a hotel for hanging at the bar chatting & drinking to meet others, or just chill and relax at. Hotel is Chinese owned & we were the only English speaking family. Hotel breakfast is ok but mostly caters for the Chinese. Rooms were excellent & very clean. Great big pool the kids loved and great location on the beach. Close to eateries & shops. Check in & out was hassle free. Would recommend to Aussie travellers who only want to sleep at hotel & be out & about during the day. We hung out at another hotel up the road with entertainment and friendly people with a full bar service.

Hotell var helt okej. Poolen stor och fin nära till havet. Frukosten kunde vara bättre ordnad. Det rummet vi hade var slitet men helt ok. Resturangen kunde det ta tid att få maten. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Vi bookede en enkelt overnatning på vires besøg i Nusa dua. Generelt virkede hotellet slidt og der var langt til dens velmagtsdage, som det helt sikkert har haft. Servicen var virkeligt god, sødt personale i receptionen, men sengene var enormt hårde, og der var en del larm om natten fra andre beboere der drak øl ved poolen og badede til sent. Stedet virker bare overall en smule slidt og trist. Området er helt sikkert heller ikke hvad det har været før covid.

Flot hotel men med mangler
Udmærket hotel med sødt personale, men stranden lignede på ingen måde billedet og var praktisk talt ubrugelig uden skygge. Der var få solsenge i forhold til antal gæster. Morgenmaden var ikke så spændende, hvis man ikke var til asiatiske retter
