****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This 3 BR 2 BA unit has all the charm of classic Ocean City, especially with the owner's coastal touches throughout. A full kitchen is ready for those nights you decide to eat at home, a balcony is available for you to enjoy those cool summer breezes, but there's an air conditioner unit in every room should you need some cool comfort. You get all of this at an affordable price!

Cute little place
Decent little place to stay. Liked the proximity to the beach and how close all the shops and restaurants were. The beds were comfortable but the air conditioners were extremely loud.

MADE IT WORK
PRO: This unit was the perfect size and location. The owner Diane was pleasant to speak with. CONS: The unit definitely needs to be update and a thorough cleaning and decluttering is necessary (Stuff in closets and cabinets...seems lived in). Upon entering the unit you could smell the moisture it was obvious that this was not a recent issue because the wall was warped but had dried and been painted over. On Friday the neighbor from downstairs knocked stating water was running downstairs we could not locate any leaks in bathroom. After being ok from owner plumber came in and determined there was moisture in the wall. Dianne the owner was nice and agreed to refund our stay. When I contacted David the property manager he was quite rude and insensitive..statingI may not be entitledto a full refund to it being beyond the 10 am check out..he later state he did realize the issue was "that serious". My interpretation...I thought you we lying and was just trying to get money back. Our entire side of condos were evacuated...THINK A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER WOULD HELP!!!

Look forward to coming back.
A great spot for a big family. Great location. The cleaning crew left it a little messy when we arrived. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was unbearably loud,vibrating. But the king size bed was extremely comfortable. Overall a great experience.

Great place and great location
We had plenty of room for our group of 7. Lots of fan provided to help cool down. Close walk to the beach and bus stops. Plenty of parking provided. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Overall we loved everything about our stay and will recommend this place to anyone

This property is super convient to the beach. It's also a close/walk bikeride to lots of great restaurants, shops, & Northside park. We enjoyed the location. The condo itself was well-stocked and the decor was definitely beach vibes. The A/C in the master suite is due for a replacement and the A/Cs in general needed to be cleaned/filters changed. The floors/mats were not cleaned either. Pictures should be updated to acurately reflect current furniture, flooring, ect. Overall a good stay, but would recommend trying a different cleaning service.

We had a fantastic week and loved our Dune 2 Condo rental. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location, and decorated cutely with lots of beach decorations! All communication with the property managers was fast and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Very close to the beach which made it convenient with 3 kids. Found a dirty mask, a bathing suit top and a glove under the bed. Sand under all the beds and had ants in the kitchen.

We luv this beachhouse
We've stayed here once before a couple years ago. We honestly love this beach house. The location is perfect for us. It's near the beach and Northside Park. It's also near Dollar Tree and grocery stores. they supply beach chairs and toys which was a welcome surprise. They don't supply bedding but due to my OCD I've always brought my own bedding and towels. With dollar tree and the grocery stores so close it's so easy to pick up what we need for our stay once we got there. It does get sandy (it's near the beach so yea that's going to happen) there's a vacuum in the closet we use to vacuum everyday to help with that. I'd also recommend leaving your shoes outside to cut down on sand. At one point the noise upstairs was a little loud but the second night it calmed down. Below us was a lady with two small dogs who barked a good bit but we have little dogs at home so it didn't bother us. Yes this beach house does have alot of decor but it really didn't interfere with my stay at all. There did seem to be a slight noise with the AC in the main bedroom but there were so many beds available we just slept in a different room. My only suggestion would be if we could get a text maybe 24 hrs before with the pin. The welcome email had gotten lost in the mounds of emails I get so I was slightly panicked before we got there but luckily I found it. I love this beachhouse I would highly recommend this beachhouse. I look forward to staying here again sometime.

Adorable property!!
We truly enjoyed our stay. Big spacious rooms gave us plenty of room. Space to store kitchen items is lacking. We had trouble with sliding glass door. Loved the beach location!! We would definitely recommend and return!

Great Vacation
Location was perfect! Walking distance from stores and restaurants. Property owner was always available when needed. Only suggestion I have, and I know this is due to this place being close to beach, but cleaning company should be sure floors are also swept. There was allot of sand left on floor from previous occupants. I am sure it is very hard to tell this because of the color the the floors throughout the condo. They also should move furniture when cleaning as we also found food under the easily movable items in living room. Due to COVID once we arrived, we first did our spraying of Lysol and disinfecting of wiping down of counters, door knobs, bathrooms, etc. Overall, stay was great! Cleaning company just needs to do a better job of cleaning. We would definitely stay here again!

Families Beware
While the location is great, families should beware renting it. There are no linens provided. Kitchen has almost no basic condiments. Apartment was sandy when we checked in. Apartment is full of bric-a-brac as many reviewers have complained and it really makes the small apartment even smaller. With young kids, you will need to really be very careful not to upset all the apple carts. The property management also charges "deposit" and at the end of the stay comes up with some excuse to bill you extra "cleaning" fees.

Overall the vacation was very enjoyable. The property was close to the beach and Also close to eateries and shopping . The only negative was that the owner had too many personal things cluttering the condo. It was over decorated for a rental property.

This unit appear to be newly updated. We had a problem with closets and cabinets having too many personal items in them. We were not able to use the closets to hang items and there was no cabinet or bathroom space for us to put our items in. Additionally, the unit above was having major renovations done the entire week that we were there. It started as early as 8:00 AM and lasted until 9 PM the entire week that we were there. There was hammering and sawing going on constantly. We would not rent this unit again.

We love staying in the Dune Mist buildings (we’ve stayed in multiple condos throughout the 4 buildings). This unit did not disappoint. They’ve updated the furniture from the listing pictures which was a nice surprise. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, especially the king bed! The kitchen had plenty of cookware which is always a huge plus, especially now with COVID, we cooked dinner most nights. We did not have any issues during our stay (there was a burned out light bulb in the little walkway from the back bedroom into the back bathroom but it wasn’t a big deal). Overall, we had a great week and would most definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo. We were very pleased with the location just 1/2 a block from the beach. This made it easy with smaller children. Also the condo itself was spacious with three bedrooms for everyone in our family. Would definitely stay there again!
