Had to ask for room services like sheets and trash bags because room service didn't come to your room unless asked which kinda sucked because we stayed 4 days and had a bunch of trash. Water took awhile to get hot so showers batha took longer to take. I would not stay here again because no breakfast and room service being the way it was.

Everyone was nice and the indoor pool was fun for February. They have a nice hot tub too. But it was a little dirty and old and there was a giant light that lit up the front of the hotel that shone directly into my room until like, 10-11pm. Still would stay here again next trip. Fantastic for the price.

Parking lot is full or construction equipment and no overhead lighting. Parking lot is very far away from the hotel and the parking is very limited. During the daytime hours it is fine but very limited handicapped spots as well. At night, it is very hard to find parking due to the hotel sharing a parking lot with Denny’s and the movie theater. Additionally the construction equipment and the dumpsters are in the front of the parking lot where customers can safely park close the building. It’s fine under normal circumstances but with small children, at night it’s not ideal.

Location was very convenient to all surrounding attractions. I got the suite for me and my 3 kids and it was the perfect size as they had their own space and i had my own space also. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which was great and the pool was fun for the kids. Overall this was a great hotel for a small 3 day get-away.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff was great, snack and drink shop next to the main desk in lobby, across the main street from the beach, nice and clean rooms. Only negative was children were a tad loud running up and down the halls and slamming there doors.

I come to OC several times a year, this is the first time we come out there to bring in the New Year we had a ball as always. Comfort Inn this is the only place we stay at with we are in OC. We will be back either May or June to start our summer off.
