Golden Sands requires ALL guests to register for their stay. The one time registration fee is $50 YEAR ROUND and includes your entire party. This will be collected upon arrival at the security desk. Includes 1 reserved parking spot! Additional spots can be purchased for $15 a day based on availability.
Golden Sands is located a few streets past 100th! Just a short distance away from many of Ocean City's top attractions such as there many Put-put courses, great local restaurants, and amusement parks like Jolly Rodgers! Everything can be seen from your PENTHOUSE unit such as the Bay and its beautiful sunsets from the entrance of your unit, to your front patio and the Oceans beautiful sunrise. Almost anything you can imagine is just a short walk away however if reluctant to walk or drive yourself the OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline! Additional free parking can be found curb side up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.
If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.
