Wifi is available plus a large TV hooked with Roku for quick streaming on days you want to stay in. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with tv, closet/hangers, dresser, and nightstands. Full bathroom is located off hallway. A queen size pull-out couch is in living room for extra guests. We loved this property. Perfect location, very clean, and very updated. The porch is great to enjoy coffee/drinks in the morning and evening. Everything you could want is walking distance, plus a nice quiet area. The house had everything you need, especially in the kitchen. We will definitely be back in the future.

adorable condo in a great location
The inside of the condo itself while small was updated and modern and in very good condition. The back porch was our favorite place to hang out and was comfortable and peaceful. This was the perfect place for my get away with the my teen age daughter. The area surrounding the condo was great for walking, biking and running. Northside Park is very close and accessible and the beach was only 1 1/2 blocks away. I was a little uneasy about busy streets due to the McDonalds being right in front of the condo building but it didn't really present any issues especially since the condo and porch faced away from McDonalds and onto Jamaica Ave. The only item I suggest changing to make the condo more "liveable" would be to upgrade the bed from a queen to a king. In addition the bed size needs to be added to the listing. I had to email the rental company so I knew what size sheets to bring. In fact I think the listing could be updated with more information for incoming guests. For example I brought my Amazon firestick but the TV in the living room was equipped with Roku so I didn't need the firestick. It should also be spelled out in the check in packet to park in the designated space for Unit 208. While the parking lot was empty during my stay my daughter did get scolded by the treasurer for not parking in the right spot. I would definitely rent this unit again but only for 2 /3 people max. If my husband and other daughter had been with us it would have been too small. Overall a very nice unit in an ideal location.
