I did not know the 1 double bed room was gonna be so small so that sucked. The door to the bathroom kept getting jammed half way and I had to lift it up to fully open it. Super Tiny bathroom as well. The furniture had water damage and was in really bad condition. The floor was really dirty, we basically had to clean the entire room ourselves once we realized how dirty It was. We did not encounter bugs but woke up with bites. Toilet got clogged like 3 times they came to fix but it kept happening. Room 219 is right next to the big table on the patio so we can hear everyone right outside being loud. The mini fridge worked but had rust on the outside, so did the door knob. Parking was super tight. The young man and Lady working the front desk were pleasent and nice! Look I'm not expecting a 5 star experience for $60-$100 a night but this place needs to be shut down for a little bit so they can do a major renovation. Will not be back.

A lot of the reviews are accurate. We drive 5 hours from New York for the cruisin event. We wanted something close and this was close. Proximity to the boardwalk amazing. However, as soon as we pulled up we questioned. It looked a little disheveled from the outside but we decided it can’t be that bad. The floor was disgusting. It wasn’t obvious. At first glance it looked clean. However we spilled a little water and I went to clean it with a wipes, the wipey was black as night. Okay maybe a fluke, my son who’s starting to walk has indoor walking shoes. They were white the soles. After walking around that floor the soles were black. We stayed the night, I refused to shower because it looked like there was mold in the shower, but there was also a light cover of dust by where the toilet paper was. The comforter was gross, my daughter said that the bottom white sheet was like sticky. We stayed one night I turned the key back day 2 after we had seen the parade and kind of walked around. I felt bad because the staff lady was nice but she also tried to tell me they clean. There’s no way they cleaned and if they needed more proof, there’s a dead roach in the top drawer. Everything in the room felt sticky. The lap next to the bed felt sticky. Some people say you get what you pay for and usually I agree but I can understand no frills but that was just downright disgusting. Next year I’ll book either in Delaware or another hotel. There is a $60 pet fee.

While property was pet friendly, what they don't tell you up front is that there is a $60 fee for the pet. Room was musty. There was a dead moth in the soap dish in the shower. The shower drain didn't work and almost flooded, although they did come fairly quickly to fix it. You get what you pay for.

No frills old motel catering to lower economy peop
Old no frills hotel. Small rooms and tiny bathroom. Needs major renovations and updating. Old motel. Most of their guests are what I’d call low class ghetto types. I booked it last minute and it was a block from the beach so I figured what the hell. Two nights I paid $500 on Labor Day weekend. This place isn’t worth more than $80 a night. Even with their close location to the beach.

We checked into this property, went to the room went in the door viewed it and went and turned the keys back in. There was no way we were letting our kids sleep here. Roaches in the shower, mold around the ac unit, so small you can hardly function, cords for the tv and ac unit are unsafe for children, Bed was so old it had so many dips in it l, no real blankets just sheet with the outdated display cover, smelled of cigarettes and dog, place was just over all disgusting. The photos on Expedia are nothing like what this place actually looks like in person! Do not book this!

Pricing I paid could have been cheaper for the room it was…. Which is what it was, just a room and a small bathroom. Good for short trips definitely not made for more than a 2 night stay. Staff was nice and worked hard daily. Rooms were kind of noisy could hear everything going on… air conditioning was great… mini fridge served it’s purpose…

You get what you pay for. I'm not saying never stay here, just know what this is: Very small, bare, basic rooms. A bed, dresser, frig, TV w/limited channels. No microwave, chair, coffee makers, ice machine, or daily room cleaning. Weak WiFi. A few drink vending machines outside. But there's a 7-11 a few blocks away, and a few blocks from boardwalk. Checkin folks were nice. If you're just sleeping there, spending most time outside, possibly ok.

Semi good stay.
Staff was very friendly and very helpful. However, the bed had what looked like urine stains and on the sides it had what looked like blood stains. Also very small, which didn’t matter to us because we weren’t spending much time in there. Convenient to walk to the beach.

I wouldn’t do it.
Only positives housekeeping was friendly and check-in was easy. The negatives are never ending. Blinds on room were falling apart letting outside light in as you can’t turn out the “porch” light making it hard to sleep (they removed the switch from the receptacle). Sheets and mattress protectors were very dirty and filled with stains. Towels were extremely small. Im 5’7 and 125 but they wouldn’t wrap around me. I had to clean the bathroom myself and the sink was broken. TV gets every other channel and picture was very fuzzy. Someone had killed a huge bug and it was just left on the walls. Pool had enormous amounts of sand. Office staff always late.

The room was small but clean. Convenient location to the beach and boardwalk. Parking was not ideal for a minivan. Spaces were tight and hard to get into. Overall would stay here again for the price & location.

I try to leave reviews that focus on the positives and will be helpful to future guests - that said, I was STUNNED by the mis-treatment of the management team at this hotel. I booked my room, got a confirmation email, then followed up by calling the hotel to double-check that someone would be available for my late arrival (traveling from out-of-state for a last-minute 24th anniversary weekend with my wife). We arrived at about 12:30am - no rooms available. I showed them a copy of my confirmation email - complete with itinerary#. The initial strategy of the clerk (and his general manager) was to lie about my 'credit card being declined' - which we quickly proved to be categorically UNTRUE based on bank records. Strategy #2 was to claim that the website we booked through never notified the hotel of the reservation. Again, this was quickly exposed by calling the booking site, and the truth came out that the hotel booked our room to someone else, without removing their available inventory from the online platform. Strategy #3 was to call the police (while I was on the phone to the booking site) to have us REMOVED! I was speechless. (BTW, the police were GREAT!) Fortunately, hotels.com was AMAZING - they booked us a room at a different hotel that ended up being a nice upgrade, AND they covered the difference in cost. I would use Hotels.com again for sure. I would never again go near this hotel or any affiliated hotels....(they own/manage the hotel next door as well).

Had to switch rooms twice. First the fridge was leakingleaving a giant puddle on the floor, and second they put us into a single room for 3 people. First front desk person also told us to park our extra car in the lot behind them, but second front desk person literally told us if we got towed it's our problem.

Room was plenty big eniugh for a queen or even king size bed. That would have been more comfortable. The AC was excellent and the wayer was piping hot. Stayed two nights and slept well.

This is a budget spot. Don’t be cheap and then expect the Marriott. It’s close to the best part of the broad walk. It’s basic and clean. Bring your own towels and washcloths. They have them but again it’s basic. The cleaning staff were very helpful and the lady at the desk was helping multiple guest my entire stay there. I’m a traveler and this is my spot when I want to come to ocean city on the cheap.
